She's extremely gentle and was so concerned about my well-being during my scaling. She made is less painful than it had to be and I will go to her every time I go back. I met the doctor...he explained the scaling procedure and asked what my concerns were, if any. He listened and gave me suggestions and was also gentle in his explanations. The office is always willing to work with you if you are forthcoming with any concerns or fears you may have. I recommended them to all of my family and now they are going to visit real soon.

His recommendation was a crown. He manufactures crowns right in the office, so no need for the usual temporary and another visit to insert permanent crown. The shared business model of these clinics is to hire new graduates keep for 6 months then rotate them to another office. You will literally show up for an appointment to find your "dentist " gone... When questioning exact cost for service, you will be handed a multi page estimate that includes multiple price scenarios, their ambiguity will than be blamed on "your insurance company". Patients may never get an accurate cost for suggested dental work, with no recourse as the staff changes so often. "I don't know why you were told that, as that person doesn't work here anymore " Think of a famous ski resort in western Colorado...
