The extractions required coordination with a dental surgeon for extractions followed by careful timing with the temporary bridge at Tarpon Shores. The entire experience from start to finish went perfectly for me. Never any pain, and never without the needed teeth. Lol seems as though their HIPPA police officer was focusing her attention where it need not be focused. Wowwww! And we both received voicemails from their office saying please call because my fiance "forgot something". Simply rating them a 2 due to how extremely rude one of the hygienists was to me whilst I was walking back to my fiance's room to help him with insurance paperwork, which other workers were aware of. This hygienist said I was "wondering the halls" and that my fiance was in surgery and started quoting HIPPA (my fiance and I walked into the back together only moments earlier, but I took a quick pit stop at the b/r). Not "excuse me, do you need help with something?". Like a normal kind human being. I understand HIPPA more than most, due to my job in the legal field and did not deserve to be talked down to like an aimlessly wondering child. The dentist and another hygienist apologized for her attitude. But that was enough for me to start to consider finding my family another dentist office. After leaving, I expressed my frustration to my fiance and he mentioned how a different dental assistant acted towards him. She said if you smoke weed he need not puff too hard.. "Nudge nudge". Had to call Charlotte County Sheriff (Deputy Sharp, badge # 3734 Case 2504-026299) to get the last procedure of my treatment done. Although I had prepaid the entire treatment, Taelor, Office Manager came up with an additional charge, which, she stated, had to be paid or no treatment would be performed. After I paid, I requested a receipt for my payment which I stated I had signed under duress, she loudly said NO and left the area. no treatment was offered until I called the Sheriff's Office. Aspen Dental, basically had me hostage after I had paid over $9K for implants. Taelor, at the Englewood office, and Lauren, previously of the Venice office where I started my saga must be graduates, with honors, from the Gestapo charm school. Their customer service is disgraceful, rude, unethical and totally unprofessional. They make up appointments for services you have not asked for and create imaginary additional charges. Bottom line, their only concern is the $$$ and will invent ways to get more from your pocket by fraudulently charging more. You have been forewarned.
