At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.

had a leveling kit and airbags installed on my brand new GMC truck by Linex---…read moreunfortunately the leveling kit was installed incorrectly and the result was a cut rubber boot on my half shaft. Linex denied fault but after an inspection by Critz it was a wrong bolt that caused the damage. Linex did admit fault but wouldn't pay for the replacement half shaft which cost us 400$. they did install the part but I feel they should have paid for part as well. Can't recommend a business that won't stand behind their work.
