Victoria was amazing!! We did a pointe shoe fitting, and she taught us so much more, then our very first fitting. Our first fitting was at a different location, and a different store, the pointe shoes hurt her feet within the first couple of weeks, of use! Absolutely the worst place I've been to. Everything is over priced and the staff is rude and stuck up. I returned an item and ended up with a gift card and it can't be used online, which doesn't make sense because I paid cash and For some reason couldn't get my money back. They were super busy on Sunday near closing as all the dance moms and dads were getting their kiddos the needed supplies for school and dance class. I was first recommended by Capezio by my daughter's ballet theatre. They said we receive 10% discounts there, so my mom and I decided to give it a try. Customer service is great. There's this girl that works there and she helped us out as much as she could, and she was extremely nice and friendly. I never once got a bad vibe from her. Despite their pretty good customer service here, I would have to deduct two stars. Why, you ask? Well, they didn't have two out of the three items that I needed for my daughter's ballet class. They didn't have the leotard or the socks that my little girl needed :/ They said they would call when the shipment would come in, but I still haven't heard from them.. Oh well, would definitely come back here and shop for my daughter's ballet equipment since it's closer to us than the other ballet stores that I know about. read more

This store is amazing. When you walk in it looks so poshI was almost afraid to look at the price tags, but to my surprise these well crafted pieces of luxury were amazingly reasonably priced. My daughter absolutely loved her Leotards with the matching wrap arounds and her jazz shoes. The compliments never stop and she loves the attention. I was a dancer for years, and I am now getting my almost 3 year old into the beginnings of ballet. I am particular about dance wear and didn't want to get lower quality pieces at Target or any other giant discount store. After searching online for certain things and not finding amazing prices, I thought I'd take advantage of having an actual Capezio store here. I'm glad I did: the assistant manager who helped me was highly knowledgable, super nice, not pushy, and quite helpful. She told me about a great sale on the things I needed, and I even picked up new jazz shoes for myself! I was pleasantly surprised to see they carry many other great brands beside Capezio, including my favorite, Bloch. They also have a loyalty punch card for tights, which dancers go through very fast. 4 stars only because they didn't have a huge selection of adult dancewear, or at least not what I was looking for. Amazing selection for toddlers to teens though! I won't even look at online sites anymore, most prices were pretty comparable, and bonus not having to pay shipping! I have a little boy in ballet and I'm so glad I found a reputable company to shop at. They have a large selection for boys! You will definitely find all the basics (White top, black short/legging) and the black ballet slippers. The sales associate was so helpful and made me feel comfortable shopping for something that I had not for before. The prices, in my opinion, are fair and acceptable considering your child will be dancing and sweating in these garments. They're well-made and from what I see, made in the USA. I had a great experience with Victoria at the Las Vegas location. I needed new K360's (my others were 20-something years old and I needed replacements). Because of covid, I was unable to get to Vegas to do a sizing. She set me up with instructions so that I could measure my foot so they could recommend my correct size. She was great with communication and I feel confident we made the right size order. I am a big fan of Capezio, and we are lucky to have a store here in Las Vegas. The Capezio brand has been around for over a century and have graced the stages of Broadway and the world's greatest performers. The quality of the products are top notch, and prices are fairly reasonable. The store had more selection than I was anticipating. Please note that I have never been a dancer or danced in any way! So I really didn't know what to expect. My previous experience with dance wear has only been the small selection at Target. They had the sizes I needed in the items I needed. My friend called and put my items on hold for me and didn't give me attitude when I arrived 5 minutes before closing. While I own a business and my employees will even open the door for people after closing if they're still working anyway, I usually expect retail employees to be annoyed right before closing time. I only got 2 out of the 3 items on hold and I had a Groupon and they were still nice. Will return. read more

Beautiful store and an amazing brand, and the ladies were very friendly. Went for a pointe shoe fitting, and they sold me a pair that was the opposite of what I needed. Yikes! Pointe work is not easy with the wrong pair of shoes, very painful too, but their return policy was simple and they were professional about it. read more

Lovely staff helped me get set up to go back to ballet after 14 years! Highly recommend their ultra soft tights. I got them on a buy 3 get one free special. I know I'll get through more than a couple pair of tights! Lots of selection at this shop. Only bummer was they don't carry the princess style leotards in store, but I ordered those online. I came in here and was greeted with wonderful, helpful customer service and great suggestions. I am a ballet mother, so you would think I would know how to do a bun by now...I am horrible. i went in with my daughter desperate for some little tool I could use that we hadn't bought yet. The young ladies at this store are pushy and unprofessional. My 2 year old was sized by one of the girls for ballet slippers, I thought they were a little too snug, but I let the girl convince me that the shoes would stretch. Got home to try on the outfit we purchased with tights and shoes, sure enough shoes were to tight. I called and left a message and no one called back. Live in Henderson, and had to go all the way down there to deal with a manager who didn't acknowledge I called and not even an apology for the wrong size shoe or inconvenience. Will never go back and I definitely do not recommend anyone to visit. read more
