November 30th visit around noon Review #53 of 2024 We stopped by during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale (even though it was Saturday). My two daughters had been asking for Converse shoes, and I must say, the deals we found were fantastic! The selection was a bit limited, though, as we couldn't find anything for my son. Thankfully, my eldest daughter was able to snag the display pair after we asked Brie for help. A young man named Dylan also assisted us in finding shoes for my eight-year-old daughter. Although the pair she initially wanted was out of stock, she was fortunate to find another option that was the last one in her size. Overall, the employees were excellent and professional, the selection was decent despite some items being unavailable, and at the end we left with some great bargains. I came through for one reason only: to see if they carried the washed florals run star hike high top. (They didn't.) But as a first, they did carry the regular hiking shoes. (I was just in another outlet store not too long ago and they didn't have this.) I almost bought a couple of pairs until practicality dictated "not yet" most especially since I don't even go hiking. (Insert chuckle here.) What I also found is a couple of pairs a friend expressed was interested in. (He saw me wearing a pair and asked about it. I told him I'd keep an eye out next time I'm in one of these stores.) Luckily, I found both in the clearance aisle. On top of that, they were having a mad Mother's Day sale of an additional 40% off clearance items. SCORE. Great run. Any next visit to this outlet mall most likely means another visit to this store again. read more

We usually stop by once in awhile when we are in the area to browse the stores to see what is new. Today we stopped in and hit the Mother Load of a deal at The Converse store where we picked up two pairs of All Stars (his and hers). Buy one get one 50 % off so mine only cost $15 bucks! We snagged two pair of shoes and two additional sets of laces for $52 total which is less than 1 pair at full price! We will be back for sure as the selection is great and the staff is friendly. I like that the store is clean and organized as well. My baby boy and I will be back for sure to shop for a great deal! I have a dirty mind. read more

Las Vegas Premium outlet and Converse is usually a little cheaper than a pair of Vans shoes. Having grown up in the early 90s a pair of Converse all stars were on my feet for most of that time until Converse was bought out from Nike in 2003. Sorry to say those newer converse were not as good until recently. This store! A Converse mecca that smells like Converse. Staff were so welcoming that I just had to walk out with a pair of Converse All Stars but this time I wanted my All Stars with the Nike Patented Lunarlon insole. These new Converse ran a bit wider than what I am used to with the cramp baby toes about maybe a half inch bigger than your normal Adidas or Nike size, a beautiful change. You do have to try these new and improved Converse out in store before buying. These came in a leather upper which I can treat it with Beeswax, gum rubber sole and brass eyelets and Lunarlon so sweet! Guys I bought this black friday sale. This store also let me use my Veterans Affairs card for 10% off too! The staff felt like they like Chuck Taylor Converse All Stars and are fans too. Yes! I will be back for another low top Chunk Taylor Converse All Stars and safe to say with the improvements and the store fronts these has to be version 2.0 read more

I've been wearing chucks since.... well since they weren't cool and a statement of youth and thumb in the eye of society. A long time. And I've been buying them at this Converse store since the mall opened The workers have always been nice, pleasant, let you shop and are available if you have a question or need them to check in the back for a particular size. The store itself is always well organized and even on the discount wall you don't have to search the size 4 shoe area while you're looking for size 11. I've been to several Converse outlet stores but this one is always better than the rest. Though they didn't have what I was looking for today, I'll be back for some new chucks, soon. Oh and def hit the discount wall. I've picked up Varvatos chucks at steep steep discounted prices. read more

SHOES!! I LOVE SHOES!! So we go here because I wanted some new Chucks! But to get some for cheap I was like sign me up! I went and looked around and started taking photo when some dude comes and asks if I'm OK? I was like yes, I yelp a lot and was just taking photos for my review : ) He just looked at me funny and carried on. I was like amazed with all the selection! Most were like these funky retro colors that were on sale and the regular solids were like 30$ I did find a pair of purple ones that were like 30$ but I'll wait to get em! They have a wide selection of shoes, clothes, and accessories. They had a special 2 for 25$ shirts for both men and women, and also a very good sale rack for both! Not too many children's clothing but def have shoes for the kids! The staff here is nice and attentive and the store itself is very clean, especially since its very touristy and populated with traffic!! I will def go back and buy my purple shoes!! read more

Shoes are very nice but please stay away from the socks . It's does look good but the feeling suck. It's keep slipping down to the middle of my feet when I walk. And also left a uncomfortable mark after couple hours using it. Look at my picture below. read more

I love to see all of the new styles and seasonal colors on display. It truly makes me happy. The very best part is the sale wall all the way to the back. It's a glorious oasis of size 4's just waiting for me to come by and pluck them, like ripened grapes from the vine :) Delightful! Excellent selection of character Chucks. They always have really good sells on their shoes. This is my go to place for a new pair of kicks. They pretty much cover all of the sizes from infant through adult (size 14's). I don't think I have ever walked out of here without a pair of shoes. read more

So the manager of the actual store (Victoria Estrada) contacted me via email on 4/22 and stated "We take consumer issues very seriously and always strive for an amazing experience in our stores." I replied to her request for information by advising her I had already provided it to the corporate office. I haven't heard back from her. It's been 10 days.
