Their system would not work. I could not get my car. Then I find out that they don't have the car. Then they can't get me into any car that is the correct size. When they finally find one car that is the correct size of what I already paid for... They tripled the rental price! Almost an hour wasted for absolutely nothing. The line of people waiting is probably about 18 people long and most of them have been here the entire time I have. All of their gates are shut down to get out of the lot except for one a rude gate attendant!

On arrival to pick up the car the line was long as was the wait time. When it was finally my turn the clerk didn't want my confirmation number, told me that I had reserved the Managers Special and what car would I like. I told her I had already paid for a compact size car. She then informed me that the managers special meant they pick the car which was fine but the least expensive which is what Id paid for would be a fully electric vehicle. We were visiting family in Fayetteville, unfamiliar with the area... no idea of where to charge an electric car and definitely not at our families home, she said they took a long time to charge as well. So, ended up spending twice as much money on a car I could have gotten cheaper anywhere else. A TOTAL SCAM is what I got. The clerk said they have a lot of electric cars... thus the scam.

Instead of calling me back, which an honest person/ business owner would have done they just say oh no it's not there. The day after he was "off" and only come once a week. I needed transportation and every car at Enterprise was gone. I made few calls and found out that Avis had a nice car that I could rent for a couple of days. This Avis is located in the Sears auto care center at Triangle Town Center. It is managed by a very friendly family. My first experience was quick service and great cars. Over Thanksgiving we had to travel to Toronto, Ontario in Canada. I really can not put that kind of mileage on my minivan. We made reservations online for a full size car. When we pulled up, I saw a Lincoln Town car and my husband was already starting to grumble about it. We did the paperwork. Then we went out to inspect the car. It didn't have satellite radio and some other features. My husband pointed those out and then I looked at the SUVs in their lot and I asked the representative how much extra the SUV was above the full size. There was only a $20.00 difference. We saw a Buick Enclave that my husband had previously driven and said was a nice ride. It had some bells and whistles that were nice but most importantly it had captain's seats. I asked if we could get it instead. The rep. said no problem and we had a great vehicle for our 14 hour road trip. Returning was no problem. They don't have a lot of cars at their location but if you reserve over the internet, they will bring it in.
