The tech claimed to have unclogged the drain, but my tenant still could not use the toilet. Their notes claimed the sewer line from the house to the street was clogged by tree roots (there are not trees near my line) and a collapsed pipe. I tried to contact the rep to ask about a time to finish the job (Friday, October 17th). She told me they were really busy and would call me back end of day. That did not happen. I called them again the next day (Saturday, October 18th), mailbox was full and no contact. Had to call another plumber to resolve the issue. The other plumber sent pictures of the sewer line, no collapsed line and no tree roots. Fast forward to today (Monday, November 3rd), I noticed a charge on my credit card from Lessen/RentRedi for services from Leonine. Therefore, I will be seeking a reversal of charges on my card because you all did not complete the job and left my tenant without a working toilet and had no intentions of coming back to fix it.

In terms of the actual work, roof flashing was skipped entirely upon roof replacement, later identified as a flooding hazard. Also, the roofing shingles were supposed to be Dark Gray and they were installed Light to Medium Gray. I could probably have pushed the problem but decided against it. For ceiling damage, the worker subcontractors interpreted the work as painting only even though the estimates stated sheet rock replacement, so that had to be rescheduled. For another ceiling on the 2nd floor, after the work was finished, there were scuffs and small dents and the project manager accused me of fabricating the damage. Lastly, one window screen was not installed flush with the window and was later corrected. It has been a full year and works remain incomplete.
