Brian and crew replaced the floor with hardwood, repaired and painted every wall, reworked the electrical system, and found and repaired some subfloor damage not noted in the inspection. Brian worked to our budget as unforeseen conditions were revealed, and was always conscious of our not-to-exceed estimate. Edit: Credit where its due. they did contact me after the review and showed they did try to contact me but contacted someone else by mistake and got a no response instead of a you got a wrong number.
