They handled my security codes to my house and garage to get in and did all this without me being there. This is a trustworthy company that still holds on to family values. You can feel that every step of the way from when you first call in for a quote to pick up, through payment, and through back to delivery. They never complained about how old my "baby" (what I call my vintage golf cart) was. My golf cart is very sentimental to me for soooo many reasons (my dad passing away & love of golf and the dear friends who originally allowed me to purchase her back in Maine) and they handled HER and ME with care. They got her serviced and back up and running so quickly at a VERY fair price. I thought it would be 3x more as I had neglected her for a bit due to life circumstances. They even brought her back to their shop so I could have her transported by a professional golf cart shipping company to me at my other home in another state!! Had an appointment scheduled for a Monday between 1:30-3:30. At 3:23 I texted to confirm they were…read morestill coming. Got a message back 30 min later that they couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule for the next morning. Came an hour late on Tuesday and proceeded to work on the cart. I had them come out because although our cart was running after a lithium conversion, it was stuttering with the power. Bryan said it was likely a wiring issue. After working on it for an hour or so, it was time to test it on the road. The cart now refused to move at all. Bryan and his assistant were there for 4 hours working on the cart and left it worse than it was when they arrived. Over the next 24 hours we exchanged some text messages about the cart. It seemed to us that he was throwing darts at a board trying to say what was wrong with the cart. After those 3 text messages and me asking when he was coming back to finish the job and at least get the cart running again as it was before he "fixed it" I have yet to receive a return text or phone call. That was 2 weeks ago. Now I am left with a cart that does not run and a tech that has ghosted. Super disappointed to say the least.
