The best one I have seen so far. So spacious and lots of seating area. Not to mention a big view! You can sit there and people watch The service is great. It's always welcoming and friendly. I always ordered the caramel latte! It's so good. I saw that they have seasonal drinks. I shall try it next time. Love that they have games at almost every table.

As a capital one cafe major goer in other cities, this is a nice less corporate cushy location. Everyone was very nice and the area was in a plaza with ample parking. The seating area is only one floor and smaller but has good lighting and outlets. I wanted the strawberry matcha but they had ran out for the day. I opted for the ice matcha with oatmilk and vanilla ($9). It was good - not the richest though. This location is brand new, but if they expanded on flavors and were more transparent with prices on menu they would def beat competitors in area.

Nice area with shops and restaurants, and taking a break at the cafe is a nice treat! There is garage parking right behind. They use a super automatic machine that tastes excellent and on par with a traditional machine that you would see at the stonebriar location, the menu is similar to Frisco, as are the specials. Their baked foods look good! Straight From Empire Baking close by. Everyone is sweet and friendly as always!

The place is decent; nice atmosphere and spacious enough to study. The staff were very nice too. Both the baristas and trees were pleasant to talk to. My complaint is with the drinks. The americano was incredibly light and watery. I couldn't finish it, which was a first. My brother had a latte and noted that it was very muted, as if it was low quality. The pasties were good. I had a small danish with the americano, and finished that first.

Definitely take advantage of their MLB Monday Free drinks while you can! I got the sparkling pink lemonade which is a seasonal item for the summer. It was a little more sparkling than lemonade so not my favorite lol but still good. I have a feeling the rest of the drinks are probably better. The pastries and sandwich options all looked great and it's a good deal if you have a capital one card. The cafe is super cute and looks great for studying and getting work done. I'll be back!

FINALLY!!! we are on par with most major cities and have a place to manage money without the stress of a conventional bank. i've been to capital one cafés across the country and this is pleasantly one of the less stale/corporate ones. spacious and airy and the coffee is delicious, especially considering it comes from a machine! lots of outdoor seating and plugs everywhere. i came in on day 8 of business and both the baristas and ambassadors were beyond friendly and knowledgable. i love that ambassadors come to your table. can't wait to see what events and community impact this café will have in the future, especially with north dallas high so close by. hope to see another open downtown soon!

There is a sentence on CBD Provisions' Instagram that I want to read to you because it is doing a…read morelot of work in very few words. "A brasserie in boots." That's it. That's the whole thing. French discipline, Texas spirit, six syllables, no further explanation offered or required, and if you do not immediately understand exactly what that means the moment you walk into The Joule on Main Street then I do not know what to tell you except that the rosemary tallow fries are going to clarify things very quickly. CBD Provisions opened in 2013 as the Joule Hotel's in-house restaurant, became famous for a crispy pig's head carnitas that required you to pull strips of meat off an actual half pig's head at the table and tuck them into tortillas, which is a dish so committed to its own bit that it belongs in a museum, and then closed in July 2025 for a months-long renovation that brought in new culinary director Sezer Deniz. Deniz trained under Chef Jean Paul Naquin at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. He has twenty-plus years in Michelin-starred kitchens including Alinea in Chicago. He is now making breakfast tacos inside a hotel in downtown Dallas and I want to be very clear that this is a promotion. The room has exposed brick and wood floors and steel beams and mosaic tile and antique mirrors and railcar booth seating and a center banquette and stone tabletops, all of which sounds like it should be competing with itself but instead produces the specific feeling of a place that has been here long enough to know what it is. I sat at the bar, which is the correct place to sit, and ordered the short rib corn cake stack, which is braised short rib and avocado and two poached eggs and a poblano hollandaise and which arrives looking like the cover of a cookbook that does not exist but absolutely should. The poblano hollandaise is the detail I keep returning to. Not regular hollandaise. Poblano hollandaise. Someone in that kitchen made a decision to take a classical French sauce with two centuries of culinary tradition behind it and introduce it to a pepper from Puebla, Mexico, and what resulted is something that makes you look at regular hollandaise and think, you had potential, you just never reached it. I ate the entire thing and then contemplated ordering another one and then did not because I am a person with limits, technically. The CBD Provisions burger is a double smash with American cheese and grilled onion and house pickles and something called fancy sauce, which is a name I respect enormously because it is not pretending to be anything other than exactly what it is. It comes with rosemary tallow fries, which are the reason I will order this burger every time I come here for the rest of my life. Rosemary. Tallow. Fries. Three words that in combination produce something that should be legally classified as a controlled substance. French in method, Texan in manner. Boots and a brasserie. The Joule has been on Main Street for years and CBD Provisions has been feeding people inside it for over a decade, new chef and new tile floors notwithstanding, and it has figured out the thing that most hotel restaurants never figure out, which is that the goal is not to remind you that you are eating in a hotel. The goal is to make you forget entirely. I forgot entirely. The tallow fries helped.

We were amazed at how much space there is. The back room got pretty tight when we first arrived since there was a group of 12 there already....they had taken over the tall tables in the middle and the couch. We slowly spread out and then their time was up about half way through ours so it wasn't as cramped. But it's still such an awesome set up we couldn't stop talking about it the next day!

Our waitress Kya (forgive the spelling) provided excellent service from beginning to end. From the moment I sat down, the experience reminded me why this place became such a favorite. I started with a sample taste of the frozen D'USSÉ margarita, which was the perfect way to kick things off. For appetizers, I ordered the deviled eggs and the fried salmon bites, and both were absolutely amazing. Flavorful, fresh, and cooked just right. For my entrée, I clearly came hungry because I ordered both the jerk chicken with greens, smoked turkey, and mac and cheese, plus the catfish and spaghetti after our amazing waitress Justice highly recommended it. Let me just say, she did not miss. Everything was seasoned well, hot, and worth every bite. For drinks, I had the blackberry margarita and the tequila old fashioned. Both were strong, smooth, and definitely only for those who either walked there or took an Uber! Justice made the entire experience even better with her recommendations, attentiveness, and great energy. Overall, Kitchen + Kocktails is still amazing. Great food, strong drinks, and excellent service. I'm happy I gave it another visit because they absolutely delivered. Easy 5 stars!
