Located in Southcenter Mall, we had a pleasant experience here. We have a card so I was interested in the half price drinks. Their drinks are really tasty, tried both the iced honey lavendar latte as well as a seasonal tropical "refresher" like drink with cold foam and tajin on top. The space is pretty quiet and modern and the servers are very friendly. Our drinks were very tasty and a very reasonable price with the card (not sure if I would have stopped here without the perk) and it is a nice place to escape from the mall.

Finally this place opened up after taking place of the old Disney store several years back! Probably since it's my first time being in a Capital One Cafe, I was actually pretty surprised with what I saw inside: a really bright interior that felt akin to being in a bank while serving specialty drinks and having at least three bookable conference rooms. There's tale seating of all sorts, and there's even couch seating that my friend and I took. I thought, am I in corporate again? Because the cafe items and the overall decor look AND feel pretty good. You can get a discount on your drinks - half off from what I saw - if you use your Capital One or Discovery credit card to make your purchase up at the front. I got their honey lavender latte and my bestie got their seasonal cherry vanilla matcha latte: - Lavender hit was strong on my honey lavender latte, and the coffee wasn't too strong either, so I could taste the lavender hints. - I couldn't taste much cherry flavor on my friend's cherry vanilla matcha latte. Matcha tones were decent at best but you could taste the lack of caffeine compared to my honey lavender latte. This place is still relatively new, so I expect it to be crowded and not a quiet cafe for productive work especially on the weekends unless traction slows down. Otherwise, this is a really nice addition to Southcenter Mall and I'd come back, whether it's to try their other drinks or just go inside a corporate-like area in a mall.

What a relaxing gem inside the mall! Malls can be overstimulating and give you so much fatigue, but this was a quiet serene moment that I truly enjoyed. I didn't realize this was another perk of having a Capital One card, but it's also open to anyone! One of the benefits is reserving a private room as well, which I'll definitely do when shopping with others in the future whenever we need a break. Walika graciously gave me a tour of the facility and informed me of other locations in Washington. It's clean, well lit, and has a delicious cafe located inside as well. I enjoyed the seasonal cherry matcha (it's a must) and it wasn't overly sweet at all. Overall, super excited that this is a thing - looking forward to my next stop here! Thank you Walika!

Newest addition to the Seattle area. This cafe isn't as big as the Bellevue location, and offers ample seating and decent food/drink options. The baristas are friendly, though maybe a bit unexperienced. I ordered the seasonal cardamom ginger matcha latte, but was told they were out of the syrup. I opted for a cardamom matcha instead, without knowing it was unsweetened due to lack of syrup. I noticed after the first sip, and was given some simple syrup, which made the drink taste a lot better.

Today was the soft opening / first day to open. Nice staff, drinks were good and consistent and this location has a few rooms to work at. Feels spacious and good lighting, but limited seating compared to the other two locations.

The perfect…read morespot to grab a bite to eat before a flight, especially if you're in need of a coffee fix and the Starbucks line is insane. Unlike Starbucks, they actually have legit ube flavor (and other Filipino flavors like pandan and turon) for their drinks. I got an ube matcha (super delish, tho in the future I'd ask for less sweet) and a spam musubi (wrapped in plastic wrap, which makes it the perfect airport snack to eat without having to touch it with your hands). It's a little out of the way tucked near Gate 21, but I'd definitely take the short detour if you have the time for some yummy treats!

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #109…read more I was not expecting much out of Neighborhood Bubble Tea and Cafe - Boba in an airport in the US? No way it could be any good! But on a recent trip to Nashville, we decided to trudge all the way over from the A-gates to give this place a try. This shop is tucked away in the side arm of the D-gate area, making it much less crowded than the main walkway in the terminal. There are two ways to order - firstly via the kiosk (no line when we visited) and secondly in person (a line of 5 or 6 people). Black Milk Tea w/ Boba ($8) - I ordered via kiosk to save time and totally blanked on the fact that it doesn't allow ice or sugar level adjustments. Just as I went to pick up the drink about 5 minutes after my order, I thought about this fact and started worrying about the sugar levels. At 100% sweet, I typically find most other boba shops cloyingly sweet. This place, fortunately, uses cane sugar, so the sweetness is more mellow and not as grating. Even at full sweetness, while a little too much for my palette, isn't harsh or overwhelming. The drink comes with whole milk by default. Unlike other more premium shops that only add a splash of milk on top, this one seems to be more like 50/50 tea vs. milk. This adds a bunch of richness to the drink, but also increases the dairy flavor quite a bit, which combined with the sugar overpowers the tea a little. There's still some of the malty and somewhat fruity notes towards the end of the sip. They add a ton of ice. That's something I will definitely be asking for adjustment on in the future. The boba isn't bad at all. There are some issues with consistency in terms of size and due to that, texture. They are soaked in brown sugar syrup, giving a soft and velvety texture on the exterior. The smaller pearls are chewy throughout, while the larger pearls are a bit too firm and grainy towards the center. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 3.5/5 I was really surprised by the quality of the drink I received. Honestly, before visiting, I thought this would be more of a 2 star kind of place! They also serve some really intriguing Filipino snacks that I'd love to come back to try out.
