Located in Southcenter Mall, we had a pleasant experience here. We have a card so I was interested in the half price drinks. Their drinks are really tasty, tried both the iced honey lavendar latte as well as a seasonal tropical "refresher" like drink with cold foam and tajin on top. The space is pretty quiet and modern and the servers are very friendly. Our drinks were very tasty and a very reasonable price with the card (not sure if I would have stopped here without the perk) and it is a nice place to escape from the mall.

I love that they opened a Capital One Cafe right in Southcenter Mall! I have been a couple of times now and every visit has been great. They offer a variety of beverages and food in partnership with Verve Coffee. If you have a Capital One card, they offer a 50% discount on beverages which is a huge plus. I personally have enjoyed their specialty honey lavender latte, which has been great every time. This is a wonderful space to take a break from the mall as there are games and a good amount of seating. If you are planning to work or need a private space, they offer three private rooms that need to be reserved ahead of time. There are also plenty of plugs spread out around the area as well. All of the staff members have been wonderful and provide great service. I will definitely continue coming back as it is a perfect spot to get work done!

Finally this place opened up after taking place of the old Disney store several years back! Probably since it's my first time being in a Capital One Cafe, I was actually pretty surprised with what I saw inside: a really bright interior that felt akin to being in a bank while serving specialty drinks and having at least three bookable conference rooms. There's tale seating of all sorts, and there's even couch seating that my friend and I took. I thought, am I in corporate again? Because the cafe items and the overall decor look AND feel pretty good. You can get a discount on your drinks - half off from what I saw - if you use your Capital One or Discovery credit card to make your purchase up at the front. I got their honey lavender latte and my bestie got their seasonal cherry vanilla matcha latte: - Lavender hit was strong on my honey lavender latte, and the coffee wasn't too strong either, so I could taste the lavender hints. - I couldn't taste much cherry flavor on my friend's cherry vanilla matcha latte. Matcha tones were decent at best but you could taste the lack of caffeine compared to my honey lavender latte. This place is still relatively new, so I expect it to be crowded and not a quiet cafe for productive work especially on the weekends unless traction slows down. Otherwise, this is a really nice addition to Southcenter Mall and I'd come back, whether it's to try their other drinks or just go inside a corporate-like area in a mall.

What a relaxing gem inside the mall! Malls can be overstimulating and give you so much fatigue, but this was a quiet serene moment that I truly enjoyed. I didn't realize this was another perk of having a Capital One card, but it's also open to anyone! One of the benefits is reserving a private room as well, which I'll definitely do when shopping with others in the future whenever we need a break. Walika graciously gave me a tour of the facility and informed me of other locations in Washington. It's clean, well lit, and has a delicious cafe located inside as well. I enjoyed the seasonal cherry matcha (it's a must) and it wasn't overly sweet at all. Overall, super excited that this is a thing - looking forward to my next stop here! Thank you Walika!

Newest addition to the Seattle area. This cafe isn't as big as the Bellevue location, and offers ample seating and decent food/drink options. The baristas are friendly, though maybe a bit unexperienced. I ordered the seasonal cardamom ginger matcha latte, but was told they were out of the syrup. I opted for a cardamom matcha instead, without knowing it was unsweetened due to lack of syrup. I noticed after the first sip, and was given some simple syrup, which made the drink taste a lot better.

Today was the soft opening / first day to open. Nice staff, drinks were good and consistent and this location has a few rooms to work at. Feels spacious and good lighting, but limited seating compared to the other two locations.

Really bad service, I went to ask for help with my account and they didn't even try literally.

A lot of people complain about banks and fees and what not, but in reality it is because they are not taking the time to talk to a personal banker to understand their accounts. If you don't spend time to learn how to manage your money, you will get problems even if you leave big banks. BOA is so convenient because I can find them whereever I travel. I am taking a star off because I dont really like the other staff here. There was a customer waiting at the merchant window for 15 minutes, and no one approached him and tell him that the merchant teller is on break and to use the regular line. The lobby leader doesn't greet unless is someone he knows, I have seen a couple personal bankers have private conversations in the lobby themselves. And I have personally witness the banking center manager tell a potential customer that he will have to wait 30 minutes to open an account. Giving them credit since they are way understaff but they need to do some drastic hiring now and soon!

The lady behind me left in frustration from waiting so long. 3 tellers working, 1 was helping a customer and the other 2 tellers were both closed while behind their computers. Branch manager Brenda finally realized people were waiting in line and started walking over. However, she completely skipped past me (the first person in line) and continued to help the people behind me in line! What kind of sense is that?! Never acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Waited another 5 minutes before I was helped at the counter. After the transaction, I asked the teller for Brenda's name/title, and that's when all of a sudden Brenda wanted to show up next to her employee and asked what I needed help with. So now all of a sudden, you want to be helpful after you hear your name being spoken of? Such complete fake customer service. This branch's management is a joke! I told her that's all I needed and walked out!

Worst Experience Opening a Business Account!!!! Two appointments and they didn't open…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits to this Wells Fargo location, I feel obligated to warn others -- especially those looking to open a business account. We scheduled an appointment in advance to open a business account. When we arrived on Friday and checked in, we waited until Emily, our assigned consultant, approached us around 4:00-4:15 PM. She immediately informed us she was running behind with another client and might not be able to see us. We offered to wait, which we did -- and after about 5 minutes she became available. However, by the time we actually sat down with her, we were already 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, through no fault of our own. The first obstacle: Emily asked whether we had our business documents printed on paper. We had everything in PDF format and offered to share them digitally. She refused, insisting on physical printouts only. We suggested printing them at the nearby UPS store -- literally a minute away -- which we did. More time wasted. By the time we returned and sat down to actually open the account at 4:18 PM, Emily made a point of mentioning that her shift ended at 5:00 PM and she would "do her best." This felt deeply unprofessional given that she had spent a significant portion of our appointment time with other clients, causing the delay in the first place -- leaving us with barely 40 minutes to complete the process. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome -- as though the staff was looking for any reason not to serve us. Near the end of the process, Emily asked about our citizenship. We explained we are Ukrainian nationals but hold all the necessary U.S. documents: business paperwork, ID, Social Security, and a Wells Fargo card. She said the system was flagging our Ukrainian documents and that she couldn't proceed without a manager -- who happened to be absent that day. She scheduled us for a follow-up appointment on Monday and said she would call to confirm what documents we needed to bring. She called the next day and said no additional documents were needed after all. This was frustrating and frankly absurd -- as if we have nothing better to do than drive back repeatedly for appointments that could have been handled the first time. Monday's appointment was no better. We arrived on time (again, they were 15 minutes late -- the second time this happened). A different consultant, Lily, took over. Unfortunately, my husband had forgotten his physical ID and only had a photo of it on his phone. We asked if his Wells Fargo card could serve as identification -- it could not. We then asked whether we could open the account under my name only, since I had my ID. At that suggestion, Lily let out an audible, heavy sigh. That said everything. To summarize: -- Two appointments, both started 15 minutes late -- Staff who visibly did not want to serve us -- An unnecessary trip to UPS to print documents that turned out not to be required -- A consultant (Emily) who appeared to be doing this for the first time and didn't know basic account opening requirements -- Zero professionalism, zero warmth I have banked with Wells Fargo before and never experienced anything like this. This specific location is not equipped to handle business account openings -- neither in terms of knowledge nor customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone, and especially not to those opening a business account for the first time.

We have our current mortgage through our Credit Union and have no problem with them. It's just that FHA has a lot of different programs and credit unions are not allowed to work them for some reason. We went to see Kurt on a recommendation of a friend. He let us know about a refi and remodel loan called a 203K and helped us through the incredibly involved process to apply. Our house didn't end up appraising at a high enough value to get that loan but we will be able to qualify for a loan that will save us over $300/month on our mortgage!! Home Street Bank is one of only a few banks that is allowed by the federal government to service these loans. We like our Credit Union because it's not big business and it's not a bank. Home Street feels like a small bank without all of the bad juju that banks tend to come with. No one is trying to get us to get a credit card, etc. We're really happy to have found them, and especially Kurt Bell!
