Had an ok experience. I got drip coffee and a cheese danish. The coffee was ok and danish as well. They didn't offer to toast it for me, I had to ask. I was here with friends. They found their food and drinks fine as well. Generally, everything was satisfactory, but we had to ask for napkins. All 3 of us for food items and none of us got napkins. We had to ask. So while the staff was friendly, just dropping a star for service. If you're looking for a quick coffee and food stop this would be as ok a stop as any. read more

This place was really great! If you're leaving the airport and need a place to stop, this is the place! The service was really great and they were very personable. This place is a bit on the slower side so if you're in a rush maybe not, but well worth the wait. The breakfast sandwich I had was really affordable and tasted great! It was also very filling for only costing around $7. The cinnamon roll pastry was $5 and loved it too. I was really impressed with Impresso Espresso and if I return to Seattle, I will definitely return! read more

I'm visiting Seattle for work and stopped here for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and it was really good! I got the latte and it was the perfect amount of creamy and sweet with a robust flavor! I'll take them over big chain coffeeshops any day! Their iced coffee is delicious (especially the Pumpkin Pecan Macchiato) and their breakfast sandwiches are even better....and huge! For the same price you'd pay at a big chain shop for a venti and one of their sad little sandwiches, you can get better food, coffee, and service at Impresso Espresso plus the staff are super friendly which is a big reason why I keep coming back. read more

Had been curious about this place for awhile as we see it on our way to the Safeway across the street. First thing is the owner opened the door for us to let us in, which to me was a great sign of the owner's pride in the store and that he pays attention when customers show up. We got a bagel breakfast sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. Someone, a reviewer, said "had to ask to toast" - I think that's because they automatically toast them - ours was toasted, no problem and very delicious. My boyfriend said, "it takes skill to make something simple so delicious" and it's true. The coffee was very good as well; on par with any coffee shop. Yes, as some reviewers mentioned, there do seem to be a lot of regulars and it might not be a place to sit for quiet - it's a bustling location, and rightly so. They take care of their customers. Stopped by this morning 1/19 for coffee. My first time here. Got me a nice hot 24oz coffee, a delicious chocolate donut, and a cold beverage from the cooler box. The two fellas working behind the counter are truly amazing, friendly, and world class in their customer service. They each spoke with a genuine smile you could hear in their voices, see in their faces, and sense in their energy. This place is definitely recommended and I'll be stopping by again.
