Had an ok experience. I got drip coffee and a cheese danish. The coffee was ok and danish as well. They didn't offer to toast it for me, I had to ask. I was here with friends. They found their food and drinks fine as well. Generally, everything was satisfactory, but we had to ask for napkins. All 3 of us for food items and none of us got napkins. We had to ask. So while the staff was friendly, just dropping a star for service. If you're looking for a quick coffee and food stop this would be as ok a stop as any.

This place was really great! If you're leaving the airport and need a place to stop, this is the place! The service was really great and they were very personable. This place is a bit on the slower side so if you're in a rush maybe not, but well worth the wait. The breakfast sandwich I had was really affordable and tasted great! It was also very filling for only costing around $7. The cinnamon roll pastry was $5 and loved it too. I was really impressed with Impresso Espresso and if I return to Seattle, I will definitely return!

I've been here a couple of times now, and everything I've had has been memorable, which is not something I say lightly about sandwiches- a category that can betray you! The Ragnar's Club is a stellar concoction of herb roasted chicken breast, bacon, cheese, and apple jalapeño slaw. It's a delicious mess. The kind where things are happening all at once and every single thing is a good idea. Absolutely outstanding. On my most recent visit, I had the Fidel Cashflow, which features some of the most tender, perfectly seasoned pork belly I've had on a sandwich. It's like an Uber Cubano--familiar, comforting, but leveled up with serious execution. Two visits, two excellent sandwiches, which now has me fully convinced that everything on the menu is as good as it looks. I trust them. I would let them choose my sandwich destiny. Service is super friendly. You order at the counter, but you're met with genuine smiles and a helpful, welcoming attitude that makes you feel like you made a very good life choice. Parking isn't the easiest, but you'll figure it out. The space itself is tiny, with just a few tables, so while you can eat there, a lot of people seem to grab it to go--presumably to eat it somewhere quiet and reflect on how good it was. Sandwich shops are a dime a dozen. Really good ones are a special find. This is a really good one. Destination-worthy

I'm a huge sucker for themes especially ones that revolve around planets and all the pictures and videos I've seen on their social media and on Yelp always looked so pretty. When we arrived, we loved the aesthetics of the place. They had plenty of seating and tables and it is much more spacious than other cafes where it feels like it's too cramped to do anything. They did have Indian music playing which I felt was an odd choice for the atmosphere. The menu here isn't too big either as they do offer menu pancakes, crepes, coffee drinks, milkshakes, smoothies, and energy fizzes. My boyfriend loves biscoff so he got the biscoff milkshake while I got the tropical energy fizz, although I was asked if I wanted Sprite or Red Bull because I assumed it was one of those drinks that had energy in it so felt that was a bit of a mistake on the business for not mentioning that. Additionally, I assume if you get the Red Bull version then it would be an upcharge too, which was also not mentioned to me. The drinks were delicious though! My boyfriend's biscoff shake was definitely the star of the show as it was creamy, smooth, and the consistency was perfect! The syrup of the tropical flavor was nice too, not too sweet and you can taste a bit of all the fruits. Speaking of which, the service here was not inviting nor positive. The lady was the cashier and barista and she had the most monotone attitude with us with no intention to truly welcome or offer good service. It did take some time to get drinks despite us being the only ones there and it didn't seem likely they had any orders that they were making prior to our order. Despite that, this is a neat cafe that I do want to return to try out their crepes, mini pancakes, other drinks and the Turkish coffee!

The environment: The place was very well lit up, clean, and very colorful. There were tables and chairs for dining in, as well! The service: There are touch screens to order on and browse menu options. Honestly, this made it easier for me to figure out all the options lol. I got my food very quickly after I ordered and the employee there was very courteous and kind! The food: I did the option of making my own drink - which is both extremely cool and helpful!!! I got strawberry jasmine tea, lychee jelly, unicorn soft serve ice cream (blue vanilla), and strawberry syrup. It was amazing, though I was nervous to try it. The jasmine tea did clash a little bit with the ice cream at first, but not once it all got mixed up and melted. I played it safe by getting mostly strawberry themed and neutral flavors, so I don't know what would happen if one were to do more clashing flavors. Altogether, the drink was $11.98, but I count it worth the price Final thoughts: I'm really, really glad I tried 32 Below! It'll definitely become one of my usual places for fun drinks. We were in the area and my boyfriend told me that the area was dog friendly so we went in with our two fur babies. They do have a self-order kiosk or you can order with an employee. It was really cool watching the sugarcane machine in action. They also have a clean and organized storefront and you can see how they make everything. Our cashier was a kind and polite female employee who said hi to our dogs and us. She was patient with us as we were deciding what to get. We decided to get the energy drink as they were buy one get one 50%! I got the Passionize Me and he got the Dragonberry Rush. I also got the fresh rolls, which apparently they have a spicy scale of one through five, I went with five. It turns out the sauce is what they spice up but that's fine too as I have never had spicy fresh rolls or the sauce that comes with it. We didn't have to wait too long for our drinks and food. They call out your order number so make sure you hold onto to your receipt or memorize your number. When the cashier saw us trying to figure out where to put our dogs, she told us that she would bring it out to us which I thought was so considerate of her. When she drops off the food, she asks if our dogs wanted any water and she brings out a takeout container filled with water. I was pleasantly surprised (and amused) to find their macarons with custom printing at the "REVIVE I-5" booth at the University Street Fair. I was amused enough to write a separate review for them. The quality of the artwork and print colors are fantastic and vibrant with the rainbow colors. Please see photo. If I was interested in custom macarons, I would most definitely order some from Macadons. The flavor in this case is a simple vanilla, which has its charms, though I typically buy other flavors. The shell doesn't have the characteristic slight crispy, which is understandable since these are not fresh from the store. The inside is a very creamy filling that squished out on the sides as I bite down. Everyone has their own texture preferences. I personally like it less creamy. I normally buy their ice cream macarons, but these are still very good. The individual boxes make them great for small gifts.

I had a friend gathering to go to the same night, and wanted to bring some desserts so this place came to mind. For it being very wet and rainy, this place feels like a nice relief from all that with the bright lighting and the cafe-like feel of the place. There's a grassy wall near the back for photo ops, and there are some tables, window seating and front couch seating. They don't only sell macarons here; there's also coffee, tea, and macaron ice cream sandwiches. I got a baker's dozen, which comes with 12 randomly assorted regular-sized macarons in a small container. This particular one came with three limited flavors: red velvet, cran-orange and a pear-like flavor. They were marked separately on a card provided with the box that shows all their regular offerings of macaron flavors. This came to $36 compared to $40 for the same number of macarons if you wanted to choose specifically which flavors you wanted instead. I also got myself a Thai tea macaron ice cream sandwich; each one is prepackaged and $8. Both people working at the counter were extremely helpful in helping me decide what to get, and explaining the differences between both sets. Flavor wise, I was not disappointed: - My Thai tea macaron ice cream sandwich hit the spot! The macarons did not come apart too easily and I could still maintain the shape of the sandwich throughout. Ice cream consistency is great, and the Thai tea flavor is not too strong. The whole thing is not too sweet by itself either, and this goes for all of their macarons in general. From other visits to their stand during conventions, I recommend their Cap'n Crunch berry, lemon, peach and durian flavors for ice cream sandwiches. - One of my friends and I loved the Vietnamese coffee flavored macaron. Taste is strong like phin-brewed coffee and it didn't have much sweet of a taste, something that would not have done well for this flavor. - The cran-orange and blueberry flavors were our other favorites; both had tastes that reminded me a lot of their respective flavors. - The box also had dark chocolate, vanilla, ube, Thai tea, pistachio and salted caramel flavors. All were decent and tasty. What I like about this place is that the taste for all of their macarons is exactly as advertised and never bogged down by the flavor that macaron shells are usually full of. I can't eat too many of these at once since they can be too sweet over time, so I would save these for a group setting where you can share these. By themselves, they are a great way to get your sweet tooth the love it needs!
