They did not provide any unique "calculations." I have some questions about how the survey was conducted and information that was said to me. A separate survey crew hired by a neighbor came by the day after our property was staked. They used the markers on our property for a neighbor on the other side of our street-- they asked me who did our staking. It's close enough for building flower beds along the property, but I will use a different company in the future for establishing property lines.

We arrived on Sat and found that June did not provide and accurate depiction of the condition of the apt. June took pictures of the nicer features and left out the fact that the cabinets do not close... that there was water damage in the bathroom that was slapped together in repair and never re-tiled.. rust on the hood of the stove.. the bathtub well you can see the pic below.
