We've worked with Nicole Spencer of the Steven Cohen team at KW Realty twice in the past year and a half, and couldn't be more pleased. In January 2017 we moved cross-country to the Boston area looking for a rental (apartment). We had a temporary place for a few weeks once we landed in Boston, but were on a pretty tight timeline to both find and move into an apartment. We began our search with Nicole's direction while we were still across the country, and we had a phone call so she could clearly understand what we were looking for, priorities, etc. She gave us a good feel for what we would find in our new area and we felt like she understood our needs & wants. We set up our tour day for a week after we got into Boston, and saw 4 apartments that we were interested in based on their online listings.
