In 2007, Amy helped my husband and I find our first home, a condo in Dorchester. It fit exactly our price range and was the biggest condo on the market in our range. Tim, Amy and the entire team at ResCo are as good as it gets in the realty business. We sold our house of 35 years after only 2 open houses of 1 1/2 hours each. Tim was there for us whenever we had a question or concern. Tim and Amy were excellent at evaluating what work should be done before the house went on the market and what work/expenditure of money would not reap any better results for us. Further, they provided us with contact names and numbers of particular painters, plasterers, and others to do the work we needed done before the house went on the market.
