Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.

Our vehicle was in excellent condition, save for a bent rear axel due to a recent rear end collision. Not once during the two phone calls did the employee at CK's Auto attempt to give us an estimated price. When we arrived, after gingerly driving the vehicle thru town, he walked outside and gave an insultingly lowball number. He failed to acknowledge several parts that would be worth more on there own than the offered price, and when I brought those up he shrugged them off. We ended up leaving and getting almost 6x as much as his offer at a different location. I would not reccomend coming here unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

My truck was at my normal body shop which was booked out until 2025 so we went with Duane's. Apparently some damage was pre existing before my daughter hit a deer. Insurance company did not authorize that work and was supposedly going to call us. "Never got a call" from either Duane's or Progressive. Low and behold I get a call that the vehicle is done. Awesome, by the way we didn't get the authorization to repair the passenger door, but it's done and outside on the public street we're only open until noon as it's Christmas eve. WOW, you didn't even call and see if I still wanted it repaired and if I was willing to pay for it myself. Now I have to take it to my original choice and pay a 2nd time to have it partially disassembled and color mated a 2nd time after you did the color match and re assembled. BUYER beware, if you don't bring in a classic and pay cash they don't carte about you. DEI or woke they're in this for the insurance bureaucrats. Over the next several hours, Travis found the leak and repaired a gasket which was not seated properly. He then reinstalled the plastic fairing and other body pieces. That was no easy task. He test drove it and called me the following day to tell me it was ready. He then picked me up at the motel and drove me to the shop. The Honda motorcycle dealer said it would be a week before they could even look at the machine. I am on a long motorcycle trip and didn't want to wait that long. I never expected that Travis could fix it overnight. Travis has many talents. He started welding at age five with his dad. He loves cars, trucks, and motorcycles. After another company installed my lift, I kept dealing with a persistent death wobble. After going back and forth with them without resolution, I decided to have Tyler and his team take a look. From day one, they went above and beyond--doing a deep dive into the issue, checking the alignment, and really taking the time to investigate what was going on. Both Brett and Tyler sat down with me and clearly explained what they recommended and why. They also pointed out another part that needed serious attention, which I truly appreciated. When it came time for the service, everything was done right. They even took the extra step to realign my door after a wind gust had knocked it out of place--something they didn't have to do, but did anyway. That level of care really stood out. *Long but honest Review!*…read more I'm am very grateful for Lincoln Repair. Truly the best shop around Bis/Man in my opinion. Quality work, honest pricing, and staff was genuinely kind to me from start to finish. ill try to briefly sum up the Backstory: My 20 yr old 4Runner had sat since 2019. To sum up reason the reason- a 1500+ "repair" job on wiring, couple other issues by a a local shop left my my vehicle in worse shape than before and undrivable. I didn't know the extent of the damage but I knew this wasnt going to be quick or simple job and to add to that, I needed it to be road ready and reliable for an 800mile one way drive! Immediately after explaining my situation, they had it towed in that afternoon. They called not long after they called to tell me it started right up! It still needed some repairs but the prices were fair, I was kept in the loop every step of the way with what needed to be done, cost, completion time, etc. Lincoln Repair will be my go to shop for all auto needs from here on out! And I strongly suggest anyone looking for a reputable shop take it to this shop before any other!
