So we went to Iowa our camper we saved anywhere between $10-$20,000. Capital RV told my husband that they would not work on our Montana or they would make us wait months to fix it. That is because they were pissed because we didn't purchase the camper from them. And it was the same camper. I went and purchased a camper from Capital RV. We purchased a grand design from them and when we went looking for a new Montana, they wouldn't wanna do it. They didn't wanna deal with us and they were shitty. Customer service is terrible at Capital RV. Once you purchase the camper they don't care about you. they don't even deserve one star I'd give them a -5 stars. Also they did follow through with their word about not working on our camper. We took it to Capital RV in Minot and this is what they did. I give Capital RV -5 stars, they had camper for 3 1/2 weeks they didn't even get the recalls done and they knew there was two recalls that needed to be done. All the paperwork said the warranty work was all done on June 4 except for one thing and they didn't order the switch for that until June 15th. They kept telling they us they were waiting on Keystone to approve the warranty work. We called Keystone and they said all the warranty work was approved. They were just jerking us around. Could explain why the warranty work was done. We are several times for them to explain to us why the warranty work didn't get done and the guy goes I don't have an answer. They had the camper from May 31st to June 20th and they couldn't get the recalls done. That's piss pour customer service. we should be able to rate them minus stars instead of one giving them one star, they didn't even deserve the one star. My advice don't buy a camper from them and don't take your camper there we purchased a camper from them and we purchased elsewhere and both times shitty service. So they proved no matter what store you go to you get shitty service where it's Bismarck or Minot.

I was recently visiting Bismarck from Grand Forks and when I went to leave town I discovered a very…read morebad coolant leak. I called around town and not many shops could work on diesels (2005 Duramax), or if they could they were booked out a week and up. I got in touch with Advanced Fleet and they said they were also booked out but understood my situation and they were willing to at least diagnose the issue if they had time that day. I arrived and they shuffled vehicles around and got the truck on a lift, pin pointed it was the water pump. They were booked out a good bit as well to do the work, but they moved appointments around and got me an appointment a few days later. Which no one else in town could do. These guys knocked out my water pump with zero issues and even allowed me to use military discount (as I'm active duty). I was also provided a shuttle service to and from the shop. Can't stress it enough how much they helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Great service all around from everyone there. Thanks again.

Traveling back to TN through ND in our RV the DEF check light came on indicating we had 10 starts…read moreremaining which meant every time we stopped & started the engine the # of starts counted down. If it reached 0 we would be stranded. After phoning a Mercedes Dealer in Fargo & were told they were slammed & couldn't work us in, we started searching the Bismarck area. To our great fortune we talked to Advanced Fleet Services. We were told if we could be there at 7:00am the next morning they would see what they could do. They even said we could overnight in their lot which we did. Mike Goff, front manager, was able to get someone to work on it right away. After 2 hrs - rv was repaired & on our way. We can't thank the great folks at Advanced Fleet Services enough for the caring & professional manner in which we were treated.

I called Corral and asked for Cory since all the reviews mentioned him by name. We were traveling from Northern Californiato Maine. Cory got on the phone and I told him my situation; he said to bring it in. He cleared out a bay and got to work discovering that my stabilizing rod was sheared and had to be welded. He rolled underneath and did the welding himself. Immediately. Some 3,000 miles later and 12 stops, he fixed it perfectly. There are few people in this world who are as caring, honorable, knowledgeable, and skilled as Cory! Thank you, Cory! My wife and I will never forget this!

I didn't have to evict any spiders from my tent in the morning like usual. Didn't appreciate the mowing that started at 530pm right behind my tent site. The should do that before check-in time. Later, there was more mowing I could here beyond the perimeter and the smell of biosolids wafted in the air from somewhere. All night, I heard traffic and the occasional semi that broke hard going down a road that is supposed to be 45mph. There was a train horn around 6am. Staying in an RV would be much better here. I would probably camp here again though if passing through the area.

I have called 4 times since and they still haven't even looked at it. Every time I get a different excuse as to why I have not been contacted and why they haven't even looked at it yet. Not the type of service NW Tire is known for. Highly disappointed in their lack of communication and service.
