We were dealing with Capital RV on the new Montana, we found one in Iowa and told Capital that they…read moreneeded to come down in price if they wanted to make a deal and the said NO they could come down that far. So we went to Iowa our camper we saved anywhere between $10-$20,000. Capital RV told my husband that they would not work on our Montana or they would make us wait months to fix it. That is because they were pissed because we didn't purchase the camper from them. And it was the same camper. I went and purchased a camper from Capital RV. We purchased a grand design from them and when we went looking for a new Montana, they wouldn't wanna do it. They didn't wanna deal with us and they were shitty. Customer service is terrible at Capital RV. Once you purchase the camper they don't care about you. they don't even deserve one star I'd give them a -5 stars. Also they did follow through with their word about not working on our camper. We took it to Capital RV in Minot and this is what they did. I give Capital RV -5 stars, they had camper for 3 1/2 weeks they didn't even get the recalls done and they knew there was two recalls that needed to be done. All the paperwork said the warranty work was all done on June 4 except for one thing and they didn't order the switch for that until June 15th. They kept telling they us they were waiting on Keystone to approve the warranty work. We called Keystone and they said all the warranty work was approved. They were just jerking us around. Could explain why the warranty work was done. We are several times for them to explain to us why the warranty work didn't get done and the guy goes I don't have an answer. They had the camper from May 31st to June 20th and they couldn't get the recalls done. That's piss pour customer service. we should be able to rate them minus stars instead of one giving them one star, they didn't even deserve the one star. My advice don't buy a camper from them and don't take your camper there we purchased a camper from them and we purchased elsewhere and both times shitty service. So they proved no matter what store you go to you get shitty service where it's Bismarck or Minot.

I called around town and not many shops could work on diesels (2005 Duramax), or if they could they were booked out a week and up. I got in touch with Advanced Fleet and they said they were also booked out but understood my situation and they were willing to at least diagnose the issue if they had time that day. I arrived and they shuffled vehicles around and got the truck on a lift, pin pointed it was the water pump. They were booked out a good bit as well to do the work, but they moved appointments around and got me an appointment a few days later. Which no one else in town could do. These guys knocked out my water pump with zero issues and even allowed me to use military discount (as I'm active duty). I was also provided a shuttle service to and from the shop. Can't stress it enough how much they helped me out when I was in a tough spot. Great service all around from everyone there. Thanks again.

Cory got on the phone and I told him my situation; he said to bring it in. He cleared out a bay and got to work discovering that my stabilizing rod was sheared and had to be welded. He rolled underneath and did the welding himself. Immediately. Some 3,000 miles later and 12 stops, he fixed it perfectly. I didn't have to evict any spiders from my tent in the morning like usual. Didn't appreciate the mowing that started at 530pm right behind my tent site. The should do that before check-in time. Later, there was more mowing I could here beyond the perimeter and the smell of biosolids wafted in the air from somewhere. All night, I heard traffic and the occasional semi that broke hard going down a road that is supposed to be 45mph. There was a train horn around 6am. Staying in an RV would be much better here. I would probably camp here again though if passing through the area.

I was told by a friend that lives in Bismarck to visit Trusted Tire & Auto 5216 OTTAWA STREET, Bismarck, ND. Jaeger was my tech I worked with. OUTSTANDING Representative. They took the tire off and he gave me the bad news. There was slim long nail in the side/top of the tire and they would not guarantee that a patch would work. I told him I bought a brand new tire / rim several years ago and I had it in the back of my truck. They pulled the tire off of that rim and put it on the existing matching rims on my truck. Now the kicker the rim I purchased was only a 5 hole rim vs. the 6 hole rims on my truck. I never paid that much attention to the tire and rim thinking the tech knew what they were doing. Wrong. So I now have a 20 inch rim that does not fit my truck. I told Jaeger Merry Christmas he could have it. I still have the original spare on my truck underneath. It is always great to work with people that are honest and get the job done!!!! More importantly I am going to 18 inch tires from 20 inch tires. I asked them to give to me a price quote on the tires I wanted. Back in my home town the tire dealership I am working with would price match any other dealers. Trusted Tire & Auto quoted a price of $1400 vs. the $2200 back home. Huge difference. If my home town dealer does not match this price I will be driving back to Bismarck for the business. Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.

Clowns. 6 months and 4500 miles later I take my truck in to find out my NEW rack and pinion is shot. Likely due to negligence at the time of installation. Called good ol Northland and Derek said he would warranty the part but not the labor. Asked why not and was told he wouldn't honor the labor cause I gave him a bad review 6 months earlier. They didn't push us to get the work done with them, and were open and transparent about what it would cost, et cetera. Even were willing to provide some positive reviews of the Honda dealership, since I had asked about them. That's a good sign for a mechanic to be willing to recommend alternatives. Eventually we did get them to do the work, and we did it all remotely (since we were then home, not in Bismark any longer). They were quick, and extremely helpful. They delviered on time, and alerted me to some other issues that they suggested I get fixed before long (without asking to do the work). All things considered, I'd definitely go back to Maas if I was looking for a mechanic in Bismark.

Streets were flooding, they had been pulling people out from flooded underpasses. But, they got to us quickly. By us, I'm talking about myself, my 13 year old son, my 10 year old daughter and our cat, Purrie. The tow truck allows up to 2 people to ride. So, another truck came out to pick up all of us and bring us to the hotel, including the car. They also advised us on some places that could fix the car. The next morning, Hook's came out again to tow our car to the shop. He held off on the payment of $40 for the short distance tow until I called our insurance company to see if they would cover it. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful, which was nice in our stressful situation. Thanks Hook's Towing!

She has been so nice, she has been so patient and so understanding of the situation that we are in considering I am 1000 miles away in Arizona trying to help my son repair his car in North Dakota. She is literally one of the nicest people I have spoken to when it comes to Customer Service. she assured me that she would take care of my son, and that she would help him anyway that she can because she understands the situation that we are in. If I could give more than five stars I would, but unfortunately I can only give five. None of the big shops in town wanted to help me but when I called C&S they squeezed me in despite the fact that it was a Saturday. They were so good to me that they even gave me a ride to and from my hotel! They work on just about everything you can imagine mechanical on a truck, except alignments, and they even overhaul truck engines. The shop is somewhat off the beaten path and even has a black shop cat that hangs around the property; it's a pretty cool place. They take pride in what they do and have a lot of experience, so I strongly recommend them!!
