They did offer to charge me $50.00 an hour to look at it AFTER telling me it had a catastrophic electrical failure. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service no longer mattered. I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. My son on Feb. 6th 2026 at about 4:30am needed a tow as he ended up on the side of an on ramp (I do…read morenot say a ditch because it was not one). But he was about 10-15 feet from the side of the road. Called AAA and was set up with a tow truck company coming to his rescue (or so I thought). FLT took the response and well from there it was awful. First, took over an hour to get to him. Then once the driver got there he saw my sons ford fiesta (not much bigger than a matchbox car) and told him that he needed to use a "special equipment?" to get him out and that he needed to pay $642.01 before he could assist. I immediately called AAA and had someone on the phone along with my son and AAA received the update directly from my son. They advised at that time they couldn't do anything but that he could submit the bill back to AAA and they would "consider" if they would reimburse him. I needed my son out and safe, so I told him to pay it because we didn't know any better. My son took pictures of where he was and how the driver did not need to do anything special. FLT took advantage of my son and his need for assistance. And had I known better, I would have told him to tell the driver "no thank you" and just called another company to assist. But since we belong to AAA I figured we needed to do what was being instructed. Thank god AAA was on the phone when all this was happening. My son sent all the documentation to them and they refunded him fully! We have learned a big lesson!! I hope to never need this tow company again. He remembered me from 1991 when he installed a stereo in my 1981 Toyota Celica. When we were discussing the security system for my BMW, we talked about the system he installed in my Celica. He detailed the components like he installed them last week. A short time ago, my security system wasn't working right so I contacted Paul. He asked me to bring in my car and he would take a look at it. When I got there, one of his technicians, Jason Salas, noticed that the wire to the antenna at the top of the windshield was not hooked up to anything. I told him that I recently had my windshield replaced and that the two sided tape holding the thing up there came loose. Not knowing what that thing was, I disconnected it and put it in my car somewhere . Paul asked me where it was. I told him it fell off the windshield because it was not attached right and that it was in the car somewhere. After we found it, Jason put it back in place with some good two-sided tape and the alarm worked right again. I told Paul I was amazed at how quickly Jason diagnosed the problem. He told me "Jason was Installer of the Year in the entire country as recognized by the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association back in '06/'07." Paul and Jason are the kind of people who work at AMS and that's the kind of service I've been getting there since 1991. I highly recommend AMS for their selection of quality car stereo equipment, automobile security systems and especially for the people who install everything they sell."

I accidentally backed my car onto a decorative…read moreisland in a parking lot and got hung up on a large rock, leaving my tires spinning off the ground. A tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. The driver quickly realized a specialized truck was needed, and another one arrived about 15 minutes later with a flatbed. The two drivers worked together with great communication to carefully lift my car off the rock without causing any damage. One driver even lay on the ground to check the underside of my car to make sure it was safe to drive. In the end, my car was fine, and the whole job cost only $163. I was very impressed with their quick response, professionalism, and care.
