Went to best buy and them check out and found there is one wire installed wrong. The older dude, ( I believed the owner) has no after service at all and asked us to leave and saying it is not his issue. if I know how to install alarm on my car, I wouldn't ask the "professional". and it was installed wrong and will not return my money. read more

I went in needing all the wiring and connectors to install a couple of amps and some very high end speakers into my boat. Tony was very helpful and knowledgable. I am a novice at stereo install and had a lot of questions. I am very particular about my boat and didn't want anyone else to do the install. After getting everything in I had some alternator noise, I went back a few times for advice and parts and they were always very helpful. When I couldn't get the last bit of noise out of the system I brought my boat into them. I was a bit apprehensive, but his installers got rid of most of the noise by fixing a grounding issue that I had been chasing for 2 weeks for a very fair price. I recently received a new Pioneer head unit for my birthday and I wasn't up for the task of wiring it up and installing a backup camera. I went to this place to have my dvd headrest install in my car and after it was done my seat panel from the back of the driver seat broke off and now I'm having a big hole on the back of the driver seat. Every time I hit a dip or a bump it's come back off. I have to use black tape to hold the panel together with the seat. read more

I came in a long time ago for a special request--pull out my stereo system to connect my already-installed iPod deck to the stereo. I never thought I would find a place to take this type of request (Fry's certainly wouldn't do it), but this place did and only charged me $20. I think that was a fair price considering I tried unsuccessfully to unhook the stereo myself for hours and had no other alternative. Kudos to them for helping me out. I plan to come here again, since they are willing do discuss special requests. These guys are truly awsome! We were not even looking for a stereo. My wife and I purchased a 22 foot van and began a quasi do it yourself conversion to an RV. We started with having Chad and Tony install a GPS, an Alert sensor, and a Viper alarm system. They did it in a day, and we were off and running. That was such a successful, professional business arrangement, we came back a few months later and had them install a hidden-from-view, . battery generating system that provided beautiful interior lighting, coupled with USB and electrical outlets that could be run all evening without any drain on the vans' operating battery. RV-ers call it "running dry" -not hooked up to a park's A/C electricity. We just returned from a delightful weekend experience at Dillons Beach' "Lawson Landing", where there are no electrical hookups. Thanks again guys. Came in on the space chance that I could get a new radio installed over my stock system in a 2002 Chevy Malibu with stock components. As I had made a stop by the big box store first and decided that someone else could likely do better. And Capital Stereo do just that. Not only was the service quick (30-45 minutes, from walking in there to walking out with it all installed). But they also did much better on the overall cost without cutting any corners, and said no hassle return / replacement of any issues.
