We were driving by on the way home from the gym one morning... & saw a truck we had been looking for. We stopped in & James took us on a test drive of that one & another we liked on the lot. He talked us through ALL the pros/cons of each vehicle. We wanted to trade in our current car, so he facilitated an offer on it. I'm from a car dealership family, so I ask a LOT of questions & negotiate & research EVERYTHING, so it took longer than it shoud have, but that's my fault. I HAVE to be comfortable with the deal. :) Yvette's team was patient & answered all my questions. I researched the price (while there) and saw that, though they won't negotiate on the price, I was satisfied that it was the best deal in the area on that specific vehicle (2022 Tacoma Off-Road). We drove home that day with our new truck! David in finance was very patient with me. He sent me home that day with brochures/details on the various extended warranties that were available. I did my research on warranty companies & found that the one they offer is the BEST. They did negotiate on the ones that we wanted, a few days later. took my truck in for a recall, asked if they could replace my 2 low beam bulbs at the same time, ended up at $ 270, two hundred and seventy dollars, to replace 2 bulbs, they must be in financial trouble, that seems to me to be a total rip off, had to pay since they had my keys. Not good read more

Me and my husband went to go look at the new Hummer truck when we asked the salesperson if we could test drive we automatically recieved a no. When I asked why, the response was this is an expensive vehicle. Not only did we feel judged but we felt disrespected. We own expensive vehicles, I'm not sure how this dealership plans to sell vehicles if there not allowing them to be test driven and if their going to be judging their customers by looks or appearances. read more

I purchased a GMC Sierra AT4 and I was relieved it was not a negative experience. Tony and Dennis were very friendly, helpful, and suprisingly honest. There was not haggling or hassle. The process was very streamlined. When we did encounter small issues, (i.e. I was unable to obtain a cashier's check because the sale was agreed on Saturday night, they were closed Sunday, and I came in to pickup the truck Monday), they were still patient, they found solutions, and they carefully explained the process. We stopped at Octane late in the afternoon on our way back to Texas from Colorado after throwing the check engine light. My 2018 Duramax was showing several codes related to the fuel injection system and Austin Martinez kindly got us in immediately to check things out. We left the truck there overnight so they could complete diagnosis and ended up leaving a trailer outside the dealership before going to check in to a hotel. Austin drove by later that evening just to check on the trailer. He gave me a call before noon the next day and had the truck ready to go. They discovered it was a fuel quality issue so they reset everything and did a relearn on the system. Truck is running great and I am grateful that he got us in and ready to drive home the next day because they appeared very busy. Thanks Austin--you rock! read more

Don't recommend buying from this dealership. Bad business practices. Bad sales manager. Inquired on a vehicle Sunday evening, received email response that night, sales manager called the next morning & emailed a credit application, spoke to SM a little later in the day and got confirmation car was still available & submitted my application. An hour later SM calls to say someone else just came in and they are selling the car to them instead. We were pre-approved for almost double the price of the car, but they sold it out from under us because they have shady, disrespectful business practices. Untrustworthy people. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Octane Buick is your classic sleazy car dealership, right of the gate the salesman James was really passive aggressive and made it a very awkward experience. He also made it very clear before I even test drove vehicle that they don't negotiate because "their prices are fair" Here's fair they are for you, so stupidly I traded in my 2018 4Runner through them and bought a used tundra, they were very firm on what they offered me for my car which was originally $30,000. I told them I was gonna walk away and they agreed to give me 32k for my 4Runner. Seems fair right? I mean, I bought it brand new in 2018 with only 11 miles on it for 37k so 32k seems fair. So out of curiosity a few weeks after my tundra purchase I check the website to see what they're asking for my 2 yr old 4Runner. I'm shocked to see that my used 4Runner that I bought BRAND new for 37k is being sold 2 yrs later through octane Buick for 49K. Are you kidding me? What a scam you guys are! You guys are joke and a disgrace of a car dealership. I am so upset that I was so naive and let it you guys sucker me into doing business with you. I purchased a truck from Octane with a trade of my older truck. The process was very smooth, with a great staff. They were fair on both the trade and new purchase side. I have taken my truck in for service recalls and to install a truck bed cover, the service / installation was quick and they did a great job. When I was leaving with my new purchase I noticed a defect in the paint in a small area of the bed. It did take them a while to address this issue, but I'm happy to say that it was repaired today. I recently took my 2007 Acadia to Octane for a engine air box replacement and headlight bulbs installed. Initially there was a misunderstanding that was quickly resolved by everyone involved. This business has since changed ownership several times.
