She is always delightful and has a smile on her face. The service is great. We have had a problem every now and then but everyone does. They always make it right. The customer service and the service you get for your laundry is better than anyone in town. They are a cleaners who will remember your name and always try to help you if you are in a bind with time. More businesses need to hire more Veronica's because she cares about each of her customers. This customer will continue to go for the service and for the smile you get when you enter the door.

They did a marvelous job. I thought the service was better with a quicker turnaround time than I am used to in San Antonio. It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.

The floors were swept every 20 mins by another staff member. Trash cans available at the ends of every row Will be coming back & no need to search for any other place.
