When Tide Dry Cleaners opened, I quickly tried them out of frustration with poor service. It really annoys me that most cleaners crush buttons and leave chemical smells. Several times, I have gotten shirts back from Tide with a hang tag telling me they fixed a button - no extra charge... Just fixed it. I grew up with my mom washing clothes in Tide & Downey... I prefer the scent. It is familiar & feels like home. Tide Dry Cleaners is the only dry cleaners that gives me that on a suit and my dress shirts. I can only compare the difference to that of sleeping in my bed or cheap hotel sheets. The hotel's are rough and they just don't smell right. I feel that way when other cleaners wash my shirts & suits. What I like the most though is not the scent and fixed buttons. Every time I go in the staff is beyond friendly. The managers know me by name. The rest of the staff is always warm and friendly. When I have inadvertently left something in a pocket, it has been returned in a bag with my clothes. The first of last week, I had to make a quick trip. I didn't get my clothes in until after 10am. When I asked if they could have them ready by 5 that afternoon, they didn't flinch. The girl at the counter quickly responded "we would be happy to... & watch your email to know exactly when it's ready." Around three that afternoon, I received an email that my order was ready. I was able to have my wife grab them while she was out and avoid going myself after work. When I got home my wife told me Andrew (the manager that helped her) said for me to "have a safe trip." I just love the that kind of friendliness. Combine it with my clothes all smelling & feeling like they do from my house... I like this place. read more

I usually do not leave reviews, but the consistently rude service I have experienced at this location over the past few years has been unacceptable. One incident that stood out was when a young white male employee with painted fingernails ran to the door around 4:50 p.m. and locked it while clearly seeing me walking up, even though there were still about 10 minutes before closing. I overlooked it at the time and continued using this location. More recently, an African American woman named Chelsea or Cheisel, who had red-colored hair, provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every interaction with either her or the white male employee has been unnecessarily rude, regardless of how polite and respectful I try to be. Customer service and professionalism matter, and unfortunately this location has consistently failed in that area. I would not recommend this location based on my experiences. read more

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Doesn't deserve one star. A dozen or more calls to speak to management or the owner have not been returned. I'm sure at least once I was speaking to management and they played dumb so they wouldn't have to address the issues. I have found my dry cleaning laying on my front entry, also laying in the yard, and draped across a decorative bench on my front entry regardless of the fact that there is a hanging bracket for specifically for them to hang my dry cleaning from. Tide Cleaners delivery and drop off is so unreliable that you would have to TRY to be that bad to accomplish the depth of awful. read more

I very much recommend this Tide Dry Cleaners location. I have had very positive experiences with the staff here - they have been friendly and extremely courteous. I had a small problem with one of my garments and Jacob, the manager, went out of his way to correct the issue quickly and to my satisfaction even though it was a considerable expense to the company. I was worried that since it was a small issue (I have high standards and expectations) he might not take me seriously, but he and the other staff I talked to about the problem took me seriously and fixed the issue. It was clear my satisfaction was the most important consideration to them, regardless of how 'small' the problem was. They've made a loyal customer! read more

First of all... It's probably my fault for putting trust in these people. I dropped off a suit at 7:30am that I was told would be ready at 5 that day. The following morning I planned to pick it up and wear it to a ceremony. Upon pulling up at 8:30am the following day I was told it wouldn't be ready until after 5. I'm terribly frustrated and angry. But again, I take the blab for trusting what I was told. I will be going elsewhere now. Hopefully I can find a cleavers that keeps their word. read more

Bad form, Tide!! On a coupon for a free suit, they charged me for the pants. When I sent a dressy jacket for dry cleaning, they sent it back with broken buttons. I sent a pretty cotton pullover sweater for dry cleaning. They sent it back on a hanger with badly pulled shoulders. I've called them 3 times for getting money back on these things. She won't return my calls. read more

I have multiple times had them tell me an item would be ready at a certain time only to show up and be told it didn't make it on the truck. This time I took pants with a small ink spot. They clearly didn't even try to get it out. I won't be going back. read more

After doing lots of research for best dry cleaners in town, I decided to take to Tide a 300$ dress despite their higher charge compared to other places and despite it was a 20 min drive. When I went back, I realized that the color from the metallic parts of the blue zipper was scratched off, leaving a silver color beneath. Horrible customer service and no etics at all. Manager looks a person in the eyes and lies. Ok not the eyes but over the phone. I took my cleaning to the hotel front desk for "same day service" and in the bag is a suit jacket and a shirt. At 5pm that night I get my suit jacket back but not my shirt. The hotel calls and they say sorry with will be there in the morning so the next morning I go to the desk and the dirt did not arrive and at 4:30 in the afternoon I check back and find it did not arrive yet so the front desk manager calls the location and the manager says "oh sorry we will bring it right over" we'll itnis now 7:56pm and no shirt. I leave in the morning now less one $55.00 dress shirt not even a month old and I can bet the way this shitty company operates is am just screwed. Do not use this cleaners as they have no problem lying to a customer - NO ETICS- sad people fee they can just treat customers like this read more

Easily the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had. Free dry cleaning offer was a bait and switch. Clothes were not ready when promised. One item (shirt) was ruined. Several others were damaged. Suit jacket was pressed with wrinkles in it. Very poor quality and lack of care for your clothes. read more

I had very high hopes for the shiny new store. Unfortunately it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaners or tailor. My clothes weren't ready when scheduled (had to come back 3 times to get them), the team of employees didn't really seem that bothered by the delay, then when I got the finished product (buttons sewn on brand new blazer) it was so poorly done that I had to use their scissors to snip the extra threads from the buttons. Husband wore the blazer ONCE and the buttons were falling off. Brought it back for their "new tailor" to re-do and this time the blazer was snipped with the scissors and the buttons weren't even aligned evenly! Buyer beware, HORRIBLE service and experience. And anecdotally, often when I was waiting to be helped while in the store there were multiple other customers with problems standing in line. read more

I took several items to be cleaned. My red coat came back with the same spots on it. The red trim on my husband's tennis sweater bled into the white, and the spot that was on it is still there. I talked to the manager, and he told me to bring the items back in and he would try to get them clean. read more

I was contacted shortly after my post by the manager of the store and we had a long discussion regarding my experience. She has assured me all my concerns have been addressed and explained in detail the steps taken. While I am not satisfied with the treatment I received the day in the store, I am very satisfied with the response time and method of the management. I am back to using tide every week, and speak directly to the manager when I call to check on my order. It's been really great since. As I stated in my prior post, the dry cleaning itself has always been great quality. I am glad that I can stay with this dry cleaners and know that my concerns were addressed and in a very timely manner. read more

Great cleaners!! I visited the one on Chenal and the lady named Brittney was beyond awesome!! There was a few people in line but she kept it together and had a smile on her face. Had a wonderful experience with Tide. Took a faded black linen top that I thought was beyond hope to be cleaned and it came back looking brand new. I think they have some kind of process for reviving old black items. They couldn't have been nicer or more prompt. read more

When Tide Dry Cleaners first opened in my area I was ready to give them a try. I had used them several time and never had a bad experience...up until now. It has nothing to do with the quality of their cleaning services or the workers. Where I am experiencing a problem is having the manager to call me back in concerns of some lost clothing. I will admit that I had forgotten about it and it was there for awhile. But upon trying to retrieve it, the workers looked high and low. I had to talk with a couple on managers before one of them decided to address my issue. They always say they will call you back and never do. Right now I am still waiting on them to settle with me on my clothing(which was not cheap) after 3 weeks. read more

In an effort to find the best dry cleaners for my garments I chose Tide Cleaners on Cantrell in Little Rock, Ar. I was totally displeased with the way 4 of my work Blazers were cleaned. All 4 of my Blazers were shrank by the cleaners and the managers failed to make any effort to compensate me for my ruined garments. It is so disheartening to have some of your favorite garments returned to you in a defective manner. Please research the cleaners that you may use in the future in order to avoid being heart-broken. read more

This new "Tide" dry cleaner is nothing short of a complete joke. If you're looking for value, this isn't the place to go. The 50% off the first order is laughable. The 50% off price was more expensive than getting my dry cleaning at any other stores in the area. I had to go back multiple times to pick up my clothes and it was never ready when it was promised. My dress shirts came back with more wrinkles in them than when I sent them there to be cleaned. Wrinkles pressed so hard into the shirts that I could never get them out. My shirts were all ruined after one visit there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THESE IDIOTS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING!! Last thing, their claims to replace your buttons is a farce. They replaced buttons that didn't need replacing with buttons that were a completely different color than the other buttons on the shirts. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a dry cleaner EVER. Hands down the worst. read more
