The labor rate is high, however, we priced shopped other dealership competitors (Peach State, MHC, Vanguard, Peterbilt) and determined Rush was one of the cheaper options in Atlanta. Aside from being one of the cheaper options they have always been willing to work with us on price, especially on costly in-depth repairs. Rush also has a nifty update system that alerts your email on the repair status of your truck. This was a quick way to communicate back and forth with the service department with any questions or approvals without having to call and be placed on hold.

Finally flew him out. Had a fender bender where car hit our fuel tank and drained it. Drove it in. $19304 dollars later it was finally done in over a month. Insurance paid claim since it was not our fault. I think thats why they took full advantage of the situation. Could not get wire instructions. Sent a cashiers check. Guess what, lady that could accept cashiers check is gone for the day!!!! After flying driver out there again to pick up. So after everything still had to rent another hotel. Emailed Rush to report, guess what. They could care less also. They have a lot of business....

I specifically…read moreasked them to check the air filter which they said was fine and also told them I was concerned about the engine running hot. They said that was fine as well. I left Atlanta only to shortly overheat in Louisiana. I had freightliner look at the motorhome and they said that it was a simple matter of the radiator cap needing to be replaced as well as the air filter being completely dirty black. They also found a wheel seal that had been broken for a while. When I informed Rush they just blew me off. This is a great example of a company charging a lot of money for very little value and causing a lot of trouble. Rush you owe me money.

I'd like to leave a review for this U-Haul location. I come here for propane maybe 5-6 times a…read moremonth, sometimes even more. Tonight, I parked where they usually do propane, and a woman was standing by the station. As soon as I opened my door, she told me they close propane at 7 PM. I looked at my phone--it was 6:52 PM--and mentioned the time. She just looked at me without saying anything. Frustrated, I shut my door and called customer service. While I was on the phone, a man (I believe his name was Lamar) came up to my door and said he could help me. I've seen him maybe two or three times before, and every time, he's been super helpful and nice. Tonight, he gave me advice to try to come at least 15 minutes before 7 PM, which I'll do my best to follow. But what stood out to me was when he said, "If you can't, I still got you." That level of customer service and support really makes a difference. Lamar absolutely deserves stars! There are also two other employees I see regularly. The tall man who usually handles propane started off giving me a bit of a standoffish vibe when I first came here, but over time, he warmed up. Now, he's nice to me, and I don't feel that tension anymore. I'd give him . The woman I interacted with tonight--I don't deal with her much aside from paying at the register. My interactions with her have been neutral, so I'd give her . The reason I'm leaving this review is because I do business here often, and it's important to feel welcomed, appreciated, and comfortable. Tonight, Lamar made me feel all of that, and I wanted to recognize his effort. Overall, I'm giving this location stars because Lamar and the other good employees deserve the recognition, but there's still room for improvement.
