The labor rate is high, however, we priced shopped other dealership competitors (Peach State, MHC, Vanguard, Peterbilt) and determined Rush was one of the cheaper options in Atlanta. Aside from being one of the cheaper options they have always been willing to work with us on price, especially on costly in-depth repairs. Rush also has a nifty update system that alerts your email on the repair status of your truck. This was a quick way to communicate back and forth with the service department with any questions or approvals without having to call and be placed on hold.

I left Atlanta only to shortly overheat in Louisiana. I had freightliner look at the motorhome and they said that it was a simple matter of the radiator cap needing to be replaced as well as the air filter being completely dirty black. They also found a wheel seal that had been broken for a while. When I informed Rush they just blew me off. This is a great example of a company charging a lot of money for very little value and causing a lot of trouble. Rush you owe me money.

Long story short, I had a 24 rental I completed online, which was a cargo van. The cargo van had the previous customers wallet in there, which I had no idea until the previous customer gave me a phone call. Someone at this location gave my personal number to the previous guest so they could retrieve their wallet from me. Two different phone numbers called me until I answered. I had to take time out of my day to return the wallet to someone, which I didn't mind, but the fact that they gave my number out without consulting with me is wild. My solution to my invasion of privacy was to return the U-Haul with less gas then I picked it up with, and called it even with the owner. $83 for a 24 rental, and invasion of privacy. 6/10 stars for this location, the value was subpar. Hertz is probably your best bet. Please train your employees on privacy laws, it will come back to bite you in the butt one day.
