My car sounded like a bucket every time I hit any pot whole it sounded as though the whole right wheel was coming off. So they said oh it's just a sway bar link. So I purchased the Sway bar links, and they said well you may as well replace them both so I did. When I drove away, now both front tires were doing it. The owner rode with me, and said oh it's just that you must replace the Struts. To the tune of about $800 just for part. I drive a 2014 E350. I drove away so mad I could chew nails. The parts store recommended somewhere else. All tune would not even ask if they could correct it. They put the newest most green tech on my car who had an issue removing the front tire. They invited me come back and work on my car again. I went to another repair shop. He found that they intentionally left the pars disconnected so I would get more work done by their incompetent shop. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS WORTHLESS THEY WILL TRY TO DRAIN YOU FOR EVERY CENT YOU HAVE. YOU WILL NOT NEED THE PARTS THAT THEY WILL RECOMMEND. IT COST ME $ 55 to have the parts tightened, that they were trying to use to soak me out of more money.

They told me it was the actuator and the repair cost was over $500 dollars. When I asked them did the A/C compressor check out they told me they had not gotten that far. I asked them why you would check out a minor system over a major component. I told them that I would pay the $95.00 diagnostic fee and to have my car ready for pick-up, that's when the diagnostic fee increased to $150.00. I also came to realize that in the repair costs they had slipped in a $70.00 oil change. I ask you, who do you trust?

Javier, the owner, was paid over $7k for labor on an OEM engine rebuild, yet my performance car left the shop with a dead battery and a coolant leak. Not only did the shop owner try to weasel out of the 'warranty' by telling me I would have to pay for a coolant system repair, but he overbilled me. After agreeing on a rate of $125/hr the final bill states $169/hr which created about $1000 profit. Irresponsible comes from leaving my car smelling like shop oil/grease. My car has a dead battery, is leaking coolant, and smells like grease. IF YOU DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS! HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS. Wow!
