I liked her little mason jar arrangements she sells for very reasonable prices. I needed a small simple bouquet, the bride didn't want specific things but was pretty flexible. Long story short, the original bouquet she created for me we unfortunately damaged and she went out of her way to meet me with another bouquet on a Sunday! This was so extremely kind of her. I love her style as a florist and she's good about listening to our requests. If I ever need flowers and am in the the area, I will definitely support her business.

I tried contacting the florist via email at their customer service email. Then I replied to the Confirmation (there was a note that said "Reply to this Confirmation with any questions or concerns"). I did that. No response. I started calling on the 16th ~ the message on their phone says "if you don't hear back in 30 minutes, please call again." I called every 30 minutes, with no response. My last message said, "if I don't hear back in 30 minutes, I'm calling my credit card company and cancelling!" Still nothing. I cancelled the charge and STILL have not heard a thing!! This is atrocious!!! It ruined my Mom's birthday and there will NEVER be a way to make this better.

The box itself came beautifully wrapped and had an elegant straw flower on top. Washington is known for their beautiful famers markets and so many flowers to choose from, but I don't live there, mom does. Each soap's scent is nice, clean and not overpowering. My favorite is the mint. The cedar is my second favorite. The bars last a very long time.
