The Nurse Practicioner, a Nicole Williams, did not know the difference between a "scooter" and an orthopedic electric wheelchair, I still do not gave the referral I need for my Quantum wheelchair. Five months, I can barely leave my apartment. She also erroneosly believes she is a dermatology skin cancer expert when all she is is actually a clerk level computer data entry person. Medical care at this clinic is incompetent. They also have problems as front desk equipment does not always function. It is pathetic.

What makes them think it's okay to send people who are in pain away like that for no real reason? I had a four month old infant with me so I definitely was not going to sit there all day for another opening. The other time I was told they could not even find an appointment scheduled for me. Getting hold of someone to actually schedule an appointment is a nightmare as well. If you are looking for actual medical care, please go to a real Doctor's office. This place is unprofessional and completely unhelpful.

She is a fine person, but I am so disappointed in her failure to refer me to an adequate specialist. I have suffered with endocrine related issues for years that have wreaked havoc on my life in so many ways. Two years ago I begged for her to write me a referral to endocrinology, and I even had a letter from a separate medical doctor who was advocating on my behalf. She said that endocrinology couldn't help me and I was devestated. Well, now it's two years later and I have gotten a lot worse. I have new symptoms too, which drove me back to the doctor (a different PCP - not Dr Freeman) who actually ran some tests on me and found some issues related to my thyroid and sent me an urgent referral to endocrinology. I'm hoping I can get my issues sorted out soon, but I've already lost so much. I've continued to deteriorate, which has cost me -- financially, physically, and emotionally. It has damaged my reputation at work and my relationships with friends - I'm now seen as the flakey person who is unreliable because of my health. I've spent so much money on treatments that haven't worked, and have tried over the counter supplements, out-of-network doctors, ANYTHING to try to get relief, to no avail. I've also had to take so many days off work that it has maxed out my PTO, so I have to go without pay if I need to take anytime off for additional sickness or appointments. And I am still sick -- suffering different symptoms every day, and waking up in the middle of the night because of them. I've had a lot of dark thoughts and feel hopeless. I'm disappointed that Dr. Freeman couldn't refer me two years ago and I think my life would be different right now if she had done so. I hope that this experience will change her attitude going forward. Not every patient is lying about their symptoms or faking it.

He explains possibilities and options in great detail which feels very transparent. Dr. B has never said no to a referral and honors individual needs and wishes. Also, I just love that he wears Converse. Very relatable. 10/10. I am willing to accept higher premiums for the trade off of staying with Sutter and Dr. B.

No one understands the pain the debilitating pain that comes along with women issues I was referred over to Dr. MacNear some time ago and I could cry thinking of how different my life might have been had I met her years ago. She is very knowledgeable kind and listens. My cost is minimal and you can't believe it by the service. Every staff member is amazing. This review is long over due. I love the staff and the office. Working with the Dr. and her staff member Ariel has been such a great experience. I've had so many issues with prior autos etc. This office goes above and beyond. My biggest fear is ever loosing insurance that wouldn't allow me to be at this office. I have an amazing PCP whom recommend I go here and I'm entirely grateful. I will be seeing Dr. Chu and will be looking forward to knowing more of the staff.

He is always calm, incredibly patient (I asked a lot of questions during each visit), and very thorough in his explanations. I ended up needing a scheduled c-section due to baby being breeched, and I was really nervous and scared. Dr. Chu took his time to discuss everything that would go into the procedure as delivery date neared. I will say that he's a great surgeon because my scar is barely noticeable several months afterwards. I also remember all of the nurses commenting on my incision site while I was in recovery, and one even said that he's such a great surgeon.

Super frustrated in the amount of miscommunication with the front office.
