Food was pretty good but the service was poor, again. I've been here several times. Service has only been good once. The female waitress with the nose ring in her right nostril should be let go. I've had her twice and both times she didn't refill drinks or check back to see if we needed anything else. She didn't seem to give a darn. Owners need to know how much she is hurting your business. Updated review. Went to Capone's last night for the first time since my previous review. Service was awesome. I was really impressed beings it was a very busy Friday night. The food was great as well. A complete 180 from the last time we went. This is the Capone's that my family loves. It shows me that the poor experience I had last visit was just a one off. I love Capones. I usually go to the one in Hayden. I love the pesto Caesar! I always get good service and I highly recommend!

Took the family to lunch on 2/10/16 and the food was very good. The service was horrible, took about 10 min for somone to come to our table and ask about drinks and how many people we had. We where waiting on others to show up (about 10min later) the waters finnaly came. They where not busy at all with about 6 tables of people in restaurant. I could go on and on about how the wait staff that day did not do a great job, maybe cought them on an off day. The food on other hand was awsome. I had the french dip with onions, mushrooms, bacon and pepperjack. Sando was hot and full of flavor. Thank you for actually putting more then a tablespoon of veggies on as well. Alot of places skim on the sauteed good stuff that lifts the sandwich to the next level. All the others seemed to enjoy there lunchs as well. read more

I have eaten at all of Capone's locations and they are all great. This location in Hayden is mine and my kids favorite. It is our go to spot for an early Sunday dinner or just a cold beer and snacks. Football season is always great at Capone's. Their entire staff at all locations are awesome, quick, courteous, and knowledgeable about the food and beer. Based on other reviews, I was expecting more. It was an ok place to eat, but it was average food, nothing special. The atmosphere, cleanliness and service were all average. The prices for drinks and food seemed a little on the high side for me. I am going to try the CDA location, see if there is a difference. read more

The restaurant feels a little on the grimy side, but it's a pub style restaurant, so I suppose it's normal. The chicken caesar salad is my go to. The last time we were in, we had pizza and it was so greasy that we couldn't enjoy it. Even blotting it didn't fix it. read more

Why is it I am always disappointed in the food at Capones in Hayden? Thought I would give it another try after 2 years. Had one of their hamburger plates. On a scale of 1-10 it was a 2.The burger was dry. The onions they put on were bottom of the pan. Should have been tossed. Couldn't chew them. The fries tasted like they were cooked the night before. The only thing that was good was my granddaughters spicy potato salad. We ate at Capone on 4 th 2 weeks prior and loved it. I guess I won't waste my Time or money at the one in Hayden. read more

We have been coming here for years now. Service is always great as well as the atmosphere. Drinks and food are always on point as well. Employees always have a stellar attitude and smile on their face. This is the best Capone's out of the three. Horrible service compared to the Post Falls location. Our server only stopped by our table once to check on us. My mom asked for extra napkins, and never received them. Nor did our sodas get refilled. The food was passable, but nothing to rave about. Our server seemed way more interested in the group of girls at the table behind us, while we were there he was at their table at least 3 times, but walked past us every time. We were done eating, and he finally came and asked if we needed anything else. I asked for a box for my leftovers. He then proceeded to refill drinks for the table behind us, then told me he was going for my box. I definitely will not be going back to this location again. I will take my business back to the Post Falls location, if I decide to ever go back again. read more

This is our go-to place for a great atmosphere and great beer. Parking is a challenging when it's crowded, but we can park across the street. Service in the bar is much faster than waiting to for a booth plus it's first come, first serve. read more

This restaurant is a hit with my whole family and with my husband being from Cape Cod, MA, he feels right at home here with all the Red Sox signs, etc through the restaurant. I don't think we've had anything we didn't like here. Pizza Blanca is my favorite pizza here. They do pizza and wings of the month, which have been really awesome as well. read more

Excellent service! Excellent food! Really noisy though. I had the salad with chicken, cranberries and candied walnuts. It had creamy garlic dressing that was absolutely awesome! You'd better really like garlic if you order it though as it has fresh garlic which has a bit of a bite to it sometimes. Hubby had Tommy's Pastrami and it was good he said. Absolutely love it here. Been coming to cda area for years to vacation. Can't believe it took this long to visit. We had a table of 13, adults and kids. Kids had macaroni and it looked awesome. Not the cheap dry stuff. I Had the pastrami sub. It was perfectly cooked, not dry with just enough kick. I also tried the meatball sub, could've used a more spice for my taste but good. The fresh buns were soft and chewy, perfect for me as a bread fanatic. The service was top notch. I will go back because the menu and service. read more

This restaurant has been great if you enjoy service that is softer then a tootsie roll fruit cup, the servers smelled of nachos and looked stoned, waited over an hour and a half for them to take my drink order, still nothing.
