Can I just say that looking for a place that does wings this good seemed like a holy grail in Idaho. First of all, they are gluten free. I am not a gluten fad girl,I actually cannot eat it without swelling and a rash. I have been gluten free for almost twenty-five years. The rubs are gluten free as are the sauces. The owner suggested a Carolina sauce which I have never had and I have been dreaming of those wings ever since. They were huge ( eight in all but big) and I had to take three home. My hubby had the BLT and said it was great. We are excited to try the pizza next time but let's be honest, I will probably have the wings. This will be our new pub. Great and kind service, clean tables, wonderful food. I am a new regular! read more

Pizza is alright but not worth it. They only had 4 tables inside, all had food except one and it still took over an hour for us to get our two pizzas and a pasta. And ridiculously expensive! $75 for some basic pizzas and a pasta?? Just go down the street to Iron Pizza. Your taste buds and wallet will thank you later. read more

Who is leaving good reviews for this place? It honestly sucks. We had friends in town and Sweet Lou's had a line. They were hungry and didn't want to wait 10-15 for Sweet Lou's so se went to the next closest place to eat. Wow. The salad bar was a hot mess. By hot I don't mean anything was refrigerated or fresh. Is ham supposed to squeak when you chew it? The pizza was about what a subpar school cafeteria would churn out. Everything was overpriced. The staff was great. The pizza was delicious. The restaurant was fun for the kids with arcade and game room! All around great dinner with the family, and the place filled up quickly after we got there around 5 pm. We stayed over near by to head to the water park and picked this out of the options near by. Glad we came! The wait staff was wonderful, the bar tender offered suggestions and tasters and the kids won some stuff out of the arcade machines! Will be back next year! Newer pizza pub in Athol. We ordered to go over the phone, having not been to this establishment prior to. Ordered three pizzas and I am sad to say they lacked... flavor, and overall appearance too. It's hard to mess up pizza, however, I can't say we will go back, especially since there are two others locally and just about every block in the panhandle. The sauce lacks seasonings, snd overall flavor. The Canadian bacon or ham was cut into small chucks similar to Caesar Caesar. The other veggie ingredients were sparse and the pizza dough was just meh. I'm giving it only two stars because the above- we paid $80 for three pizzas for 6 family members all of which said it could have been better. The main takeaway was that these pizzas did not have flavor and lacked creativity. The male employee who took our order was real nice over the phone and that was a plus. read more

Pizza is decent but not as good as Iron Pizza just down the road from Beacon. The one thing that they fall down big time is their salad bar. They don't maintain in. The two times I went here the salad fixins were waaaay depleted and looked like they were leftover from the previous day. Wilted lettuce. There was also no ice under the salad stuff - BOTH times I visited. And...the first time I visited there was no light over half the salD bar so I could not see the salad fixing. The light had still not been fixed a month later during my second visit. Bottom line...don't go there for the salad... read more

More than meets the eye! It's a great, cool pizza place with excellent beer on tap and a perfect ambience. There's a fireplace and couch section in the back, lots of tables and the customer service is familial. My husband and I were blown away at the great pizza we got in our new small town. We went to Beacon Pizza cause we heard they had a special Wednesday Prime Rib night. There were four of us, we ordered three prime dinners and three salad bars(single serve) and one soft drink at a total of $126.62+$15.00 tip, totaling $141.62. Turned out to be totally not worth the price. The salad bar was mediocre at best, saw them refill the lettuce bowl with bagged lettuce. When we received the prime rib dinners, they were Luke warm. The initial appearance was satisfactory, it appeared to be medium rare, which is how most people eat prime rib unless you like the more cooked end cut. The first bite was terrible, it was overly salty, warm, and had a weird texture to the meat. Nether one of us could figure out what we were eating. None of us finished our meals. Very disappointed! They also serve pizza there hence their name. We didn't have pizza, but did see some served to a neighboring table and the pizza looked terrible, looked like a frozen pizza. I would definitely not recommend the prime rib or salad bar and based on appearances wouldn't recommend the pizza. Still upset that I spent that kind of money on a terrible dinner. Think twice about going to Beacon Pizza. I guess I should have known better to order prime rib from a pizza place. Although there is a gas station in Bonners Ferry that does a prime rib night that is excellent. I hope this helps you make an informed decision on eating at this establishment. read more

We ordered a large supreme pizza. The large was huge. It can easily feed 4 adults. They don't skimp on the toppings. It was loaded with a lot of cheese and other goodies. The pizza was good. I felt the pizza was over priced. And overall the flavor just wasn't there. Both pizzas were pretty bland tasting.

Well let me start with when it first opened it was terrible and didn't go back for over a year until my daughter son-in-law and daughter went a week ago for the $2 draft Thursday when you purchase food items! Was very surprised at how the pizza had changed for the better let me say, along with a salad bar one serving or all you can eat is very well stocked when but not before you order so the salad is fresh when you get it! Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious and the cost $ much less then the competition down the street with larger Small, Medium and Large pizzas. Service was fast and friendly with a smile and the waitress checking back with the tables for the needs of the customers. They have a television on one end of the pub and would be nice if one was on the other end for the convenience of the other side of the table customers. Very clean and quiet with a nice bar seating and tables not so close together so your table can have a conversation without being interrupted by the table next to you! A pool table would be a nice touch along with another television! All in all a great place to have pizza, wings a salad and a great selection of on tap beers and wine! Update - December 2021 Came back for take out order. The gal working the front made my experience 10x better. She was incredibly nice and professional. Even helped carry my pizzas out to my car for me! I wish i could've gotten her name so I could give her a shoutout, however I think this should be okay. my other half and I decided to check this place out and we were very pleased. I loved the openness of the inside bar and seating area! It was very clean and inviting! The young lady that greeted us and took our order was also very inviting!! The food was amazing and tasted very fresh the portions were generous for the prices!
