Cappy's Pizza is hands down my favorite pizza place. The pizza always hits--the crust is thick but not too thick, just the right balance. I always get my usual and it's consistently good. Please don't change any of the ingredients. Seriously. The manager is super nice and makes the experience even better. I've never had an issue with my order. A few things though: * The Caesar salad is good, but the price feels a little too high for what you get. * The curly fries are also solid, just try not to over-fry them. I have been coming to this local spot for years. They have maintained their delicious quality of food so you always know what you're going to get. It is a family-run business and everyone there is friendly, warm, and welcoming. I tend to get the chicken ziti broccoli Alfredo dinner which is loaded with lots of cheese, chicken, and broccoli. It comes with warm garlic bread and is enough to feed two people. I also recommend their Buffalo chicken tender dinner which comes with crispy on the outside, soft on the inside fries and salad. I used to get Cappy's all the time when I went to college down the street. That was 20 years ago and I used to get the Buffalo finger calzone. Poor service. Ordered buffalo wings and they said they were buffalo wings. They claim that that's how they make them from the manufacturer. They don't even make it themselves. You can't taste not even a hint of spice if they were telling the truth. This is not buffalo wings. I paid for buffalo wings. They should make clear that they sell wings with hot sauce. read more

I absolutely love Cappy's Pizza! When I order, I always get ziti Alfredo with chicken & broccoli! But the surrounding areas Cappy's has the BEST chicken broccoli Alfredo! It is the perfect mix of all ingredients! The plate is always well seasoned and they provide great portion sizes. They top it off with garlic bread which tastes amazing! This is pan pizza - not new York style. Similar to Greek pizza but not as oily. Overall not bad but don't expect traditional thin crust out of new York. Instead crust has bubbles and has more bread like flavor. Overall tastes like many Boston area pizza places that serve burgers and wings and have a deep fryer. read more

Oh my goodness!! To be honest, I haven't enjoyed eating pizza for such a long time. For the past few years, it was almost never enjoyable, no matter where it came from. Cappy's Pizza put an end to that. We ordered the five specialty pizzas that was on the menu, and I regret that I wasn't able to take photos of them as they were so good that the thought of taking photos only occurred after everything's gone. Finally, I can stop ordering from Domino's Pizza. Now I pray that Cappy's always stay this good, so that I could order from them for as long as I live. This pizza is so good. My favorite pizza in Boston! Yes I said it, I like the crust style that's not dough-y but like mini/thin deep dish (if that can be a thing). Believe me cheese alone with make anyone happy but the other toppings. Great customer service however, the food was not that great. The pizza was hot and fresh but was undercooked, the potato skins were not hot and the bacon was rubbery. They felt like if they were cooked in the microwave. The garlic bread was soft and soaked in butter. Barely any cheese on it. I was highly disappointed in the quality. read more

I got the jalapeno poppers for an app, which were actually decent. Outside was nice and crispy and the cheese was not nuclear hot so you could eat it without burning your mouth. I also got the calzone but was not impressed. It was not bad just not great either. It was not exactly memorable.
