So we ordered a cake through the store for my birthday and the store had the order picked up by GrubHub and the driver didn't speak any English and didn't know where to go and stop responding and never dropped off the cake and the manager told us it happens often this past couple of weeks and that they won't refund us and to basically screw off. it wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation. I don't have a birthday cake, but I'm kind of sad because of the manager not doing anything to help out anyway to make the situation better even though we spent 50+ bucks on a birthday cake never purchasing again terrible place.
