The ice cream was great. Nothing was wrong with that. It was just the girl that took our order. She was a very short girl with kind of thin hair kind of gingerish . She just had a attitude. I asked to sample a few flavors and she had an attitude and threw her head back. And then I was telling her exactly what I wanted and she was still being snappy and was making me feel rushed. I'm not angry. I'm just bummed out, really killed the experience for my ice cream. Maybe we just caught her on a bad day. read more

Cold Stone Creamery is always a hit when my littles ask for ice cream, I can conveniently place an order via the app and it's ready within minutes. Customer service is always great, the location is perfectly centered in the Mill Creek shopping center allowing for easy pick up/parking. There is seating on the inside and outside of the shop, but the shopping center also multiple outdoor dining areas. Terrible place I wish I could give them negative 5 stars with this situation we had with the store and how the manager handled the problem. So we ordered a cake through the store for my birthday and the store had the order picked up by GrubHub and the driver didn't speak any English and didn't know where to go and stop responding and never dropped off the cake and the manager told us it happens often this past couple of weeks and that they won't refund us and to basically screw off. it wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation. I don't have a birthday cake, but I'm kind of sad because of the manager not doing anything to help out anyway to make the situation better even though we spent 50+ bucks on a birthday cake never purchasing again terrible place. I hope the franchisee sees this issue and fires this manager because they don't know hot to manage a store read more

I came here few times these last few days. The ice cream seemed melting wayyy too fast. The ice cream melted right after I was out of the door. I didn't even ask to mix the two flavors. I've been in the mood to indulge in quality, comforting ice cream and this absolutely checks the boxes! The interior has a a few tables for those who want to eat their treats there, and a simple, clean display case full of all of their offerings and a large menu on the wall with details and prices. The employee who helped us was prompt, cordial, and efficient, even though they were restocking when we first walked in they were quick to put their task on hold to get our order going. My only thing to note before coming in is THIS IS A GOURMET ICE CREAM PARLOR, and the pricing reflects it. But the quality of product matches the price tag, and it leaves you feeling much more satisfied (and luxurious) than a cheap Blizzard or scoop at home (my Love It size of the Chocolate Devotion was about $9 including tax, which is just a dollar or so more than my typical ice cream order at DQ). read more

A kids favorite place - Cold stone. This is a "cool" place in Mill Creek town center. Found this crowded always. But the customer service is terrific. We pick the flavors and they make the ice creams real fast. Never had to wait for long even if we order any milkshakes or smoothies. They have a few seats outside, but you must be extremely lucky to find it available. There are plenty of near by parking even though it's a busy area. Great place! read more

I want to like this place more than I do. To me, the ice cream has a weird texture that reminds me of a powder. And on our visit, the plain chocolate ice cream was made with Silk almond milk, which was a big turn off, not to mention it seemed to have pieces of Reeses peanut butter cup. Not what we wanted at all. The outside seating was limited to a single table, despite the beautiful weather outside. It's also more expensive than any other ice cream shop. I personally prefer Baskin Robbins, and that's where I'll be visiting in the future. read more

While I love the creative creations found on Cold Stone menus, not all Cold Stone locations are alike. Some over mix their ice creams causing the creation to be soupy and liquid but not this location! I ordered the cheesecake fantasy ice cream and it was blended with tons of toppings ranging from graham crust, blueberries, and my favorite - their cheesecake ice cream. In general, I find the ice cream at this establishment to be overly sweet and heavy. However, I recognize that some people like this style of ice cream. I love the products at Cold Stone Creamery. However, like many of the customers here, I have observed and experienced that the customer service is very disappointing at this store. I'm not sure what is going on with management or the employees, but I expect excellent customer service from a business like Cold Stone Creamery, whose branding (Kahala Brands) states that they are in the "people business. And now more than ever, [they're] focusing on people." This store is not in the people business and need to work on their customer service skills, especially when taking orders and serving ice cream. read more

I hadn't had Cold Stone in years. Frankly I don't really taste much difference between various ice cream places but I did notice how thick this ice cream's texture was. The buttery consistency is too heavy for my liking so a single scoop was enough. Price is on the higher side, should come here if you're really craving ice cream Appearance wise, the store doesn't earn extra points. It's simple with a few tables to sit at. Ice cream is good, service is a bit lacking. I have sent my kids in to pickup my online order the past two times I visited and both times, they stood there for several minutes before being helped. Yesterday I sent my 12-year-old in and the employees were helping someone with an application and didn't even acknowledge him. Finally after standing there for several minutes, they did. I was about to go in myself to see why it was taking so long when he finally came out. He told me he felt awkward because he was waiting and nobody said anything to him (nobody else was there being helped). I ordered a waffle bowl but it was not included. I called and was refunded the waffle bowl charge. When my 15-year-old went in the time before, again, it took quite some time for her to be helped. I always get Coffee Lover in the biggest size I can and just enjoy every guilt-ridden spoonfuls. My kids, well, they get the small size, cause, daddy's payin'. On 02/25/23 we went into the Coldstone location at 15415 Main Street, Suite D-105, in Mill Creek, WA (store #20602). The time was about 2:30pm and the person helping us was Starr A. We arrived through the side door and there was only one other customer inside who was finishing up. I had two kids with me so we were just looking at the flavors. The first girl (didn't know her name, no one in this store has name tags) was not very friendly at all. She had long blonde hair in a ponytail and was thin, in her early 20s. She said hi and went in the back to grab the 2nd girl, Starr. Starr immediately was rude asking us what door we came in. I said we came in through that door pointing to the side door, which we didn't know was the side door and the first girl didn't say anything to us when we came in. She could've told us and we would've happily gone to the other door. Starr continued to argue and tell me that we needed to wait on the other side. I said there was no one else in here and we are next. The kids are looking at the flavors. She rolled her eyes and kept telling me to go to the other side. Then she proceeded to whisper back in forth with the first girl right in front of me instead of taking my order. She stared at me for several minutes still whispering. By this time another family came in and she still hadn't started our order. While they were whispering I told her she was being rude. A few issues here. Employees need name tags. Also, who cares what door I came in. Is your employee really going to argue with me when I'm a paying customer and they know I'm next? She was trying to make us to go to the back of the line. The first girl said nothing to us. Also, her whispering to the employee in front of me while I had kids with me is absolutely absurd. Her behavior is uncalled for and embarrassing. Even my 10-year-old asked why the lady was so rude. It was absolutely disgusting. We felt so unwanted and that they were so annoyed with us. She never apologized or anything. I would've walked out after being treated like that but had two kids with me. I feel so upset that we spent 20 bucks on two cones from a business who treated us poorly when theres another ice cream shop down the road. I hope you guys retrain your employees. I love Coldstone in general, but my trip here tonight was easily the worst experience I've had ordering ice cream. Ordered online at 8:19pm for pick up at 8:36pm. We arrived at 8:36 exactly and was told they were running behind and our order would be another 10-15 minutes. Totally fine, we can wait. We waited the 15 minutes as multiple new customers arrived, waited in line, ordered their ice cream, and left. After 15 mins, I checked in again, and the woman working on to-go orders very rudely, without looking up, said she was the only one doing to-go orders, she was very busy, and said "just have some patience please." There was no apology for being late; rather she seemed aghast that I would have the nerve to ask about my order. After doing yet another order, she finally began working on our order then finally handed me my ice cream without another word or even a glance in my direction. We got our order at 9:05 pm, a 45 min wait for our order that was supposed to take 15 min. During this whole interaction, I also observed other rude interactions with other customers, with one of the other customers turning and asking me, "Is it just me? Or are they just being rude to everyone?" It should go without saying, but this is not how customers should be treated and the system needs to be changed for how online orders are prepared. I would've been happier tonight without the ice cream. read more

The cold stone chain is one of my favorite places to get ice cream, but this location is terrible. Poorly managed and the employees just don't care. I ordered online and was there to pick up right when the receipt told me it would be ready. But when I gave my name to the register I was told it would be another 10 minutes since they were running behind. While waiting I noticed the toppings that are facing the customers hasn't been changed is a long time. The oreos were molding, all the m&ms were cracked, and the KitKat & crunch wrappers were extremely discolored. I also watched an employee poor milk into a smoothie she'd already blended and poured in a cup because there wasn't enough to fill it. And even then, the smoothie still was missing a good 1/4 of the product. Unfortunately that same girl was tasked with making my ice cream, and again she barely filled the love it size. Won't be going back to this location anytime soon. Save your time and energy. read more

Guy didnt wait to let me finish my order. was given one extremely melted ice cream of almoat a soup consistency. which when it started to over flow he used a spoon to scoop the melt ice cream and proceed to put it back into the container rather than wipe it with a napkin (the sanitary way) as i went out my bag ripped and was only lucky i noticed before all my contents fell out. read more
