Contacted door dash which said they would place the order for redelivery. The store cancels it. They try then to refund and the store wouldn't allow them. So, then I call the store and speak with the manager who tells me there's nothing they can do as it uses the third party for delivery. She tells me that they don't have the authorization to cancel the order and even though I had the text on my phone stating otherwise, she still denied it. After the run around, nothing was resolved, I never received the original order, and lastly I won't be refunded. But, hey, at least I received Dorothy's italian subs! Sorry Dorothy!
