This my all time favorite sandwich shop. I love everything from the classic cheesesteak to the Capastrami. From the Chicken Chipotle Crunch to the American Wagyu Roast Beef. The Classic Meatball to the Homemade Turkey. And any or all go great with a side salad, cup of soup and or a dessert. I highly recommend this great sandwich shop. So if you're looking for a big male or just a snack.This is a great place to start and finish. The restaurant is very clean and the ambience is casual. Not to mention the great customer service. Absolutely great service from start to finish. Although I did not take any pictures, the food definitely spoke for itself. Our sandwiches were made fresh and were incredibly delicious. This was our first time visiting, and we were very impressed with both the quality of the food and the overall experience. I would highly recommend any of the cheesesteak sandwiches, but the chicken bacon ranch truly stood out and was amazing. Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and everything tasted fresh. The establishment itself is very clean, well maintained, and spacious, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Came here on a Sunday evening close to closing time. First time here so it took me a minute to read the menu. You order at the counter. The person taking our orders was very friendly and helpful. I had the grilled Italian sandwich and chips. The food was brought to our table very timely. The bread was fresh and very good flavor. My sandwich was a little overwhelmed with the amount of onions but was very good. The facilities were spotless and well taken care of. The price was very fair. read more

Better than Subway, not as good as Jersey Mikes but a different kind of menu and sandwiches. I think their quality has slipped over the years and they are less of a novelty or special kind of place I think to go to first for a sandwich anymore. It's not the first place I would choose for a deli but more a matter of location and convenience. If I need food and they are closest I will pick them over fast food burgers. Also, they are far better than typical fast food. Still, they are a better quality option than Subway, gas station food, or grocery store deli's and thy often have later hours too. read more

Idk how legit the waygu is ...when theirs is sooo much more affordable than the actual tag for waygu beef itself? ...tasted deeeez tho...my son devoured the french dip take with the waygu. I tried the waygu w/salad ...it was ok. I feel like...I could taste the dirt on the lettucee..I know y'all know what I mean!! So it threw me off a bit ..I matched that salad w/ a Bobbie sub ...n eghh not to impressed considering it being top rated. The chicken noodz soup tho...wasawp with the flavor? Idk diff for sure. This place doesn't compare to Jersey Mikes! The sandwich barely had any turkey on it and zero flavor. The cookie was just as bad! My husband had the grilled Italian and it didn't have much on it either. We talked to the manager and he pretty much agreed with us and didn't offer any reason for us to to come back to try again. read more

Stopped in a little before noon. Order taken quickly and the service was great. They announce every time they receive a tip. Love the sandwiches, love the atmosphere, and love the friendly folks who work here and serve so well.

Seriously bad service. Ordered on line through the Yelp/Grub Hub link. Waited 30 minutes then went in and they acted like I was lying and hadn't placed and pre-paid for my order. Had to show them the receipt on my phone before someone would even look at the online order system and they finally found it. At that point nobody apologized and they didn't even offer to rush the order. It took another 15 min! Also, I ordered a half Caps Chopped salad for $6 and basically got 4 oz of cup filled with lettuce! They failed to add the meat and olives. I didn't discover this until I had gotten home. On a positive note, The Wagu steak and cheese sandwich was delicious and when I called and told them about the salad they did offer me a free one next time I come in. I don't foresee myself going back for the salad, but at least they offered. read more

The sandwiches are fantastic - specifically, "The Bobby". Staff is friendly and kind.

I was driving down Walton boulevard and notice the logo.. I thought there was no way this is same place I frequent in Wilmington so I decided to look them up on Yelp and sure enough it was. I had know idea they had locations outside of Delaware. The Bobbie is Literally the greatest sandwich I have ever had -If you love thanksgiving then this is your sandwich. Everything is great here, the Italian is also another favorite of mine along with the chicken cheese steak. I didn't take any pictures of the food because we devoured it so freaking fast. Next time I will do better... and yes there will be a next time. Arkansas is a better place now that a Capriottis is here. read more

This was by far the worst fast food experience we have had in at least the past 3 years. We ordered the Wagyu Cheesesteak Slaw with hot peppers and the Capastrami with hot peppers. My wife asked what the gold sauce was and the less than friendly counter person replied, mustard. Why not just call it mustard? Then she turned and walked away. All this place has are Pepsi products. Who drinks Pepsi? I did see Dr. pepper on the fountain drinks so after ordering I went back and ordered a Dr. Pepper. For a 16 oz cup, they charge 3.08. These are movie theater prices!! The employee who took our order was the second most unfriendly employee we have encountered this year. We received our food and due to past screw ups in fast food places, I checked the order before leaving and sure enough, neither had the hot peppers on the sandwich (there's an extra charge for peppers). I told Ms Personality about the missing peppers and she rolled her eyes, turned and handed me two containers of pepper salsa and walked away. No apology, nothing. I said thank you and she didn't reply so I said, "I said thank you!" She just nodded. When we got home, we added the pepper salsa and tried the sandwich. The sandwiches are inaccurately named and should be called the Salt Lick Cheese Steak and the Salt Lick Capastrami because they are so salty that they were inedible. We ended up trying to feed the sandwiches to the crows but they too couldn't stomach them and the sandwiches are still in the yard. The only plus was we did get 10 napkins to replace the ones we used in our vehicle. I am not sure how this place stays in business. read more

Visited capriotti's today for the first time in a while. Upon my arrival to pick up my app order the 2 employees had their backs to the counter playing on their phones. It took a few minutes to get someone's attention. The sandwich was OK. The quality seems to have slipped, the customer service isn't good and the prices have gone up. I should have trusted my instincts to "exit upon entering" this establishment, but it was lunchtime, and the kids were hungry. The menu looked appetizing, with an assortment of sandwiches and salads, but the menu pics proved to be deceiving. Two of our salads looked like airplane food, and were promptly returned to the counter. The kids meals (grilled cheese) were gummy and greasy. Only one of our party seemed to enjoy her sub. I ordered a classic Italian sandwich and while there was enough meat and cheese on the bread, there was some kind of spice on it, I don't know what, that I wasn't crazy about. And I think this place could use a better selection of condiments, like a Subway. I usually like banana peppers on my sandwiches but it wasn't an option here.
