What an incredible sandwich! Any of them on the menu. They are all so tasty and fresh. My go to is the #13 Italian. The bread is fresh, the meat and cheese is extremely generous and sliced fresh for each sandwich and somehow, even with a long line they keep the line moving quickly with minimal wait. The employees are friendly. Unlike subway where employees are cranky and everything is precut and yet you spend 20 mins waiting on 2 people in front of you. But back to the Jersey Mikes sandwich. The toppings are generous as well and you are not charged extra unlike other "sandwicheries" in town. Love the olive oil and vinegar dressing on top and the herb seasonings. It just all works together so nicely. The prices are very reasonable for the generous sandwiches and plenty of drinks and chip options. The loyalty program allows you to rack up points for a free sandwich in no time. Now if they would just open a location on the north side of Bentonville we could put the lousy sandwich shops over here to shame. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews, and I don't think anyone should lose their job over this. But my experience at Jersey Mike's today was disappointing and needs to be addressed. One of the sandwich makers appeared sick, coughing and sniffling while preparing food. He repeatedly adjusted his hat with his gloved hand and then continued handling ingredients without changing gloves. The hat was visibly soiled where he kept grabbing it, which made the situation feel even less sanitary. This isn't about blaming the employee, but it is about training and accountability. Staff should be taught better hygiene practices, and the company should foster an environment where customers feel comfortable speaking up if they notice something concerning. Cleanliness and food safety matter, and I hope this location takes the feedback seriously. read more

I was going to the one on pleasant grove and all except a couple of people were always super rude and would mess my order up (seemed like on purpose since I'm stand right there) so I tried going here.. Jersey Mike's has some great subs. My favorites are the 13, 42 and 43. We are always greeted with a smile. The AGM (just recently learned their name is Kayson) is always on top of everything. He seems to remember everyone's order. My wife and I frequent this location and always look forward to the days Kayson is working. He is always making sure every order goes out and is willing to help people understand the menu if they haven't been there before. I will say that one night we were in and a customer in front of us was being rude. Kayson handled it with such dignity and grace. We've never had an issue with our orders whether it be online or in store. read more

So I frequent this location frequently like weekly sometimes more. With no notice they closed for a remodel. I received a text urging me from my Jersey Mike's app to return to the location now open. I placed my order on my app like always. Drive all the way home with my sub for it to not be at all what I ordered. Upon calling the store back and talking to the manager his quote. This is our favorite place to get a cold deli sandwich. This time the meat portions are huge! Nit sure if they changed their portions or accidentally gave us double meat but it was almost too much. Tonight order the same sandwich and received something totally different, I don't eat mayo or oil on my sandwich, it was gross, threw it in the garbage. Jersey Mike's slogan is "A Sub Above", and that is definitely the truth! Typically when I'm in the mood for this kind of sandwich, I've only tried out Firehouse and Subway to sate the sub sandwich beast. I can safely say that this displaces subway on my list of good sub places in NWA! The staff is friendly, the hot subs are actually hot without turning soggy as quickly, and the overall flavor of the ingredients are just better. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't already, and especially their meatball sub. read more

Great Philly cheesesteak sub --got the Chipotle flavor. Top of my bread was cold to the touch. Verging on too much cheese so it was hard to taste all the other flavors. The bread had a chewy crust which was nice--hard to find good bread for a sandwich. They carry Pepsi products which is a plus for me!!! read more

I know this place is a franchise, but jersey mikes does their sandwiches so well. Yes, this place can be a bit pricey (which is why I give it 4 stars), but sometimes you just want to indulge on their freshly sliced meats on warm bread and prepared "mikes way." If you are in the mood for a sub, I recommend any of the cold subs prepared "mikes way." There's also a red pepper relish they offer that you can also add to the sandwich, which accentuates it as well. Expect a longer wait on warm sandwiches. But this time it was the service and it was BAD. now as far as the sandwich makers I think they young lady was new I ordered a regular Turkey and bacon. she forgot the bacon and I had to have her open it and add the bacon she also had to do this to the gentleman behind me as well. but this i can over look because she was maybe new. Plenty of happy and friendly employees working like a well oiled machine to keep the lines moving. I moved here from a Chicago suburb and had previous Jersey Mike's Experiences. The sandwiches are prepared with fresh cut meat to every order. Everything is made to your likes. I really enjoy they Phill my Cheesesteaks! I would highly suggest trying a Philly if this is your first time here. The location is new and clean. Small dining area, but sufficient for the regular flow once grand opening rush dies off. The prices are in line with all of the other sand which shops, $7-10 for sandwich's that come in 3 sizes. No complaints here, no grand opening glitches during my visit. the store is on I Street. I LOVE Jersey Mikes and order frequently from here but I have found that you should not order delivery from here if you want a drink. Nine out of ten times it will not be included in your delivery. There has to be a better system. I'm tired of calling store and having to have the drink refunded. Writing on the bag or relying on door dash to look at receipt to see if drink was bought is NEVER gonna work be they just arrive and grab the bags. You have to find a better system, even if the drink has to be put in bag when food is made and be delivered warm. read more

I ordered two Number 8's. One regular and one giant. What us hillbillies in NW Arkansas call small and large. A number 8 is White Bread, Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil Blend, Oregano, Salt, Bacon, Mayo. I declined the Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil Blend and added peppers, pickles and mustard. I was disappointed to see the low quality pressed turkey and ham used and such a small amount. I think they add a huge amount of lettuce to make the sandwich look bigger. The bread wasn't too dry. Maybe oil and vinegar would have softened it up a bit. Worst part is cutting the sandwiches into pieces. I actually got six 3 inch sandwiches. A real pain to eat. All in all, this is another mediocre sub shop in a market full of really good subs at far less than $8 and $13. Just too much for the size and quality. read more

We gave Jersey Mike's a try with a couple of take out subs, a #17 philly and a #44 buffalo chicken. The philly was really good, perhaps one of the best I have tried in the area, I will ask for extra onions and peppers next time, since for my liking it was just regular on those, on the other hand #44 was also really good. While waiting for my subs, a cold sub was in the prepa, and that was the largest portion of ham I have ever seen in a sub. The bread was soft and with a good flavor.
