Excellent service with a smile. Such a nice change from most fast food eateries in the area. The sandwich is loaded! I am sure that will change once they build their clientele but until then I'm very pleased. Very flavorful and the meat, cheese, and veggies are super fresh and crisp. The chips are crisp and the bags are not 70% air like Schlotskys or Which Wich (I am a big fan of both by the way). The location is not super convenient as you have to drive through that incredibly cramped parking lot and deal with the Lakeland traffic merging onto Airport when you leave. It is movie theater adjacent which is nice for a Saturday afternoon with the spouse/kids/friends **updated** All in all I love it! They don't bag your subs so that they don't get their condiment covered hands on the bag. Genius! I do wish there was a toasted option. Not any more. Online ordering was down at noon today, so I drove by and the whole store is just closed. Sadly this is the third time this has happened during a weekday lunch. There are too many other sandwich shops within 5 minutes that are actually open when they claim to be. Go to Firehouse or Schlotzky's instead. read more

Pretty pathetic that the hours listed are 11am to 7pm but at 2:50 on a Monday afternoon the doors were locked. I called to see what the problem was or if it was a mistake and some idiot answered the phone and promptly told me that they were closed.. If you're closed why answer the phone? And now, reading the reviews for this location, this seems to be a reaccuring issue. If you cant be open during the hours listed, you dont need to have a business period. Poor service, sandwich not prepared correctly, and this is every time I order something. Additionally, I will place an order online, and they will say they are not delivering my order or that the company is closed on Mondays. This is my family-owned business, and this is far the worst experience I have had, and he needs to look into the employees running the establishment. I try to contribute to my family by spending money with the company, but I have not been back because of the service they provide, and poor customer service as well, no smiles, just frowns. read more

Excellent accuracy! I recently did an online order and they got everything correct! And the speed of delivery really is freaky fast! The food is always consistently good! I tried the triple chocolate cookie which was to die for! And as far as sandwiches I recommend the tuna! read more

I had the worst customer service experience in my life at this franchise. I witnessed a manager talking back to a customer in line before me when she simply wanted what she ordered. They left off 2 extra priced modifications and she only wanted them added to her sandwich. Manager actually asked her if she "knew for sure that she ordered it like that, or just thought she did." Customer shows her the receipt which clearly stated she had ordered them. Manager turned around and belittled the two making the sandwiches, even told them to learn how to read and to learn how to multitask. One girl was obviously new and was holding back tears. When I was leaving, I tried to politely and privately tell the manager that she had crossed the line. She went off on me, even was interrupting my response with the famous hand up in the face and BYE! when I tried to speak. *Bonus points for the driver who swung the door in my face as I followed him in the store. I am handicapped and have a difficult time walking, so it was extra nice. This was also the 2nd time that this young man had done this to me in this store. Called corporate to let them know, and was told they would contact me. Received 2 emails asking if I had received any inquiries, to which I told both senders that nobody had. Was told by 2 people that they would personally make sure it was expedited. After 17 days, still no response. They just lost my business for life. read more

I had to drop of an envelope at UPS so I decided to get a bite to eat at Jimmy Johns. I can best describe my experience as a failure to communicate. I ordered my sandwich and was never asked what I wanted on it. As soon as I paid my sandwich was given to me. A plus for speediness but come on.... how about some lettuce or tomatoes? Food is delicious, but the way they are operating right now is so strange. You can't go inside to order, can't eat inside. At lunch hour I am standing outside placing an order over the phone with about 10 other people. So odd! Today, on a Tuesday, at 2:30 in the afternoon I attempted to order a sandwich. I submitted an online order when I was leaving Walmart so it would be ready when I got there. I proceeded to drive all the way to jimmy John's (10+ min drive one way). When I got there all the lights were off and the door was locked. I could see people standing around inside. So I called the curbside pick up number. No one would pick up. Only then (10-15 min after my order was submitted and after I had driven all the way there) I got an email saying my order was canceled. Whoever is running this place needs to get a hold on these inaccurate hours of operation. It's getting ridiculous. read more

This review is for the store in Flowood. The sandwiches are always really good. But the service at this place is really bad. Cancelled orders apparently are a thing they like to do here. I'm not sure the owners really care much about the customer service. Seems odd to me. They get props on food quality (except the cookies). Long review Alert!! I visit this location frequently and have never experienced an issue until last night. I placed an order last night at exactly 6:40pm. I received a confirmation email and tracking information right after. Being that I was basing my pickup time by receiving a "order ready" confirmation that I never received, I headed to the location and arrived there at 7:13pm. Doors locked, closed!!! I was under the impression that this location closed at 8pm. Called this morning to see what could be done about paying for food that I never received. I spoke with the manager Crystal. After being placed on a 9 minute hold, she informed me that I could not receive a refund after speaking with her food base center. She said that there is nothing she can do because that is their policy. She informed me when she got to the store this morning my food was sitting on the counter with a note saying what happened. She says that they reached out to me, which they did not, because if they did I would have been able to pick up my food! So that was an untrue statement that the employee told her IF they said that they did! I also have voicemail so if they would have called they could have easily proven it by leaving a message. She stated that she threw the food away since it stayed there over night. Instead of trying to figure out a way to make the situation right, or at least try to retain a customer, she immediately just said there is nothing I can do so take a hike! No she did not make that last statement, but that is how I took it. As I suggested to her, a restaurant that actually cared about the customers could have at least offered to remake the food since they do not offer refunds, or anything else but "sorry for the confusion, but we're still keeping your money!" She also made sure to tell me that no matter who I call to try and complain to or be refunded that it will only come back to her since she is the manager. Totally understand that as well. So I have to suck it up and lose my $24 dollars that I spent even though I did not receive my order. One thing they need to do is turn off the online ordering at a certain time before closing to make sure the customer has time to pick up the order or to make sure the store is not closed before you get there. I will never again frequent any Jimmy John's location if this is how they handle situations like this. Now that I have done more research and understand that this is their policy and each is individually owned and operated, I just want other people to understand to stay away from the online ordering and just go in person to make sure that there is no confusion and that the store is actually open. read more

I will never set foot in this establishment ever again. I just stopped by, ordered $28 worth of food and gave the cashier $100 bill. He proceeded to tell me, they cannot accept a bill larger than $20 and I quote "it wipes out all of our change ". I was speechless. I stopped there in the middle of lunch hour and that's the answer I got. I used to be a fan of Jimmy John's and now, I am not. If you cannot have enough petty cash to operate, close your doors.....
