1st time here!! And we will be returning customers for sure! I'm always looking to support. Local / Small /Family owned businesses especially with the way restaurants have fallen bc of the Pandemic of 2020 ! Too many names to post! But in reference to Corona Virus! Signs are posted -Sanitize Hourly! The bathroom says Employees Only! But bc we were paying customers she pointed us immediately in the bathroom direction! Idk about sitting inside but outside there's 2 permanent picnic tables 4 benches on each side! Very comfortable! Plenty of Parking thAt must be shared w. A few other businesses But very comfortable to park sit & good food to eat!!

My beloved local pizza spot in bethel. It's my go-to for all my pizza orders. Sad they are closed Sundays.

I know...five stars for a family restaurant? Yep…read more Yes, there are prettier places. Yes, parking is challenging. Yes, tableware is all about function over looks. But you'd have to pay twice as much at every other local place that might tick the above boxes. At Giselle's, a memorable meal is quite affordable. The early bird special was outstanding. There were enough choices for our party of three -all under $18. Diners can also choose from the main menu. We intend to do this next time. My husband loved his scampi. I can't say enough for the waitstaff. They were friendly yet efficient. Some were moving so fast they appeared to be on roller skates! Go. You won't be disappointed. As I mentioned , if you are all in on the niceties...go somewhere else. But be prepared to pay double the typical Gisella bill.

Let's start with what they do right. The place has that classic Italian restaurant feel cozy, welcoming, and clearly built for family-style dining. You can tell right away why people like it. Service tends to be friendly, portions are solid, and it checks that "comfort food" box. But The BEAST isn't here for vibes alone... helpful definitely, but we're here for the food. And this is where things level out. The dishes especially staples like chicken parm come out looking the part, but flavor-wise? It's a little one-dimensional. The sauce leans heavy and slightly flat, lacking that bright, fresh tomato punch you want in a strong Italian kitchen. It fills you up, sure but it doesn't leave a lasting impression. There's also a bit of that "quantity over precision" feel. Big portions are great, but when you're sitting at a 4.7-star reputation, expectations jump and this doesn't quite match that level of execution.

Impeccable. Greeted warmly by May in the entry way, placed in a cute little booth - WITH TABLECLOTHS! A minor detail to some, but it just adds a little something extra when dining these days. Michael, our server, was attentive, but not overbearing. Gave us time to look over the menu, and after receiving our food, checked in here and there to make sure everything was to our liking. Side note: the bus boys here work their little tails off! They are constantly doing something, including packing up food! For food, started off with the fresh bread. My boyfriend had the chicken parm (he loved it, that's the only thing he gets at any Italian place, so that says something). They also honored his request to have Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce on his side of pasta without hesitation. I had the chicken francese and I loved the flavor of the sauce while the chicken was perfectly cooked. The sauce was a bit runny/liquidy, which I'm not used to, but the flavor made up for it. That being said, the Alfredo sauce was also a bit on the runny side as well, but my boyfriend liked it that way, so no complaints here. For dessert - and we aren't ones to usually order dessert - but the cannoli gelato truffle called out to us. It was SPECTACULAR! The complimentary taste of limoncello topped off the evening for sure. A nice surprise! Overall, amazing service, wonderful ambience, delicious food, and very reasonable prices... I can't believe we have waited so long to try this place out. The outdoor appearance does not do justice for the interior. Do yourselves a favor and try this restaurant out, you won't be disappointed!!!

He wholeheartedly recommended Bora Restaurant. I followed his advice and was not disappointed! Do not judge the book by its cover. It looks plain and unassuming on the outside and took me a few seconds to spot it. (No pic, as I was distracted by my new car!) The inside was nicely appointed. Perhaps too many fake flowers, but maybe not. They seemed to work and add color. I went at 4 pm on a Saturday, so between lunch and dinner. There were people, but no crowds or noise. All I wanted was a good burger. And I got it! I ordered the House Burger: (6 oz?) Marbled Wagyu Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, Red Onion, Toasted Brioche, and Special Burger Sauce on the side. (Truthfully, I included all that for your benefit. I only wanted the burger, bacon, and bun with ketchup on the side.) It was delicious! I did manage to snap a pic before I descended upon it like a ravenous Serengeti carnivore... with a modicum of decorum so as not to scare the other guests. The service was fast and friendly and the prices reasonable. This is the sort of place I would like to return to in order to try some of their finer dishes!

Soup or Salad, an entree, and a glass of wine. So that's what we chose to do. Seated quickly by Michael. He is so nice! He actually remembered us from last time. Gave us the special menu and gave us time to think. My husband automatically noticed that the soup or salad option had a third option. We both chose that although the minestrone soup sounded real good too. Like last time, water and toasted bread was brought quickly, as well as our wine (Pinot and Merlot which were both good). Starters arrived next, which we devoured. I chose the penne vodka, hubby chose the eggplant. We couldn't finish so took home leftovers. Food is cooked to order. So we were prepared to wait. I didn't think it took that long, but others might think so in this fast paced world. Bear that in mind. Great food is worth the wait. Also, because in our last visit, noticed how quickly the restaurant filled up, we made reservations for 5pm. If you don't want to be disappointed plan ahead or be prepared to wait. A lot of people love this place so it fills up quickly. So if you haven't eaten here before and want to try a great Italian restaurant, this is it. Oh, what was the third option?
