I thought it would be a short introduction meeting but after about an hour or more of speaking with her I felt so well informed that I asked her to give me time process all the information she shared. Two days later I called her again to clarify some more questions I had and she quickly scheduled a call to help me. Abbie was so knowledgeable and explained things so well and really cared that I made the best choice for me. She really cared that I made the best informed decision to the point that she told me not to rush that even on New Years Eve she would process my application, so I would begin coverage on January 1st. True to her word, I reached out to her and she completed my application. If you want to have a great customer experience call Abt Insurance and ask for Abbie.

While I understand that actual premiums can vary based on coverage amounts/deductibles/etc., their actual quote ended up being $4536 !! Not even in the same ballpark. (I've actually been in the real estate business and understand insurance.) Keep in mind that they had my property address (which obviously includes all general property details) and so what they give over the phone and in that flyer should NOT be substantially different. What a COMPLETE insulting waste of my time. If they do this before you are a customer I cannot imagine what deception could lie ahead.
