Phil has a tendency to focusing more on talking politics than on cutting clients hair, it got to the point where a client asked if he was on break because Phil was talking so much. He had about seven women working for him, now he's down to I believe three. Tendency years ago there were a couple people waiting with several women working but now very few people are going there and now you need an appointment. This last Saturday they were open and no customers. I wonder how they feel about Trump now.

I came in a couple of a minutes late to…read moremy 10am appointment and Ricki was at the door as soon as I got there to shake my hand and take me back to the chair. I sat down and we discussed for a minute or so and he got to work and gave a great cut. The shop was busy and inviting. I got the cut and a beard trim with hot towel and face massage for $45. Great quality and great value. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.

Instead, I left feeling like I had been used as a science experiment. When I asked to speak with the leader of the store, I was met with an extremely rude attitude. I even received attitude simply for asking who I was speaking to. What bothers me most is that I was allowed to walk out of the store looking like this. This photo was taken 10 minutes after I left. How is a customer supposed to feel comfortable coming back after an experience like this? However, I stopped in about a week ago for their mani/pedi promo and apparently the woman servicing me was "tired". Totally understandable, I was tired myself. However, I do believe that putting real energy behind being approachable and friendly is important when you're feeling tired or something.. just about having a little etiquette (just my opinion) So.. I was unsure about the way she conducted herself with me. I wanted to be understanding but she just seemed uninterested in servicing me in general and apparently wasn't about to try to be anything other than "tired", like I should accept that as a paying customer. I also wasn't sure if she had dry humor or was really just coming off kinda rude. The actual service was just very lackluster
