The mat when you first walk in did slide a little. But the place looked really clean and very 50's themed. We got fried mushrooms, chili cheese fries, bacon cheese burgers. It was all pretty good. No complaints about the food. My wife said it was a really good chili on the fries. Some places don't have a good chili and this place does. I got a chocolate shake with malt. It was a good malt flavor in the shake. We will probably try it again.

On numerous other occasions I have tried eating here, and I have been met by locked doors. Only once have I managed to eat here, and the food and service were both decent, admittedly. I will say that if you can manage to actually eat here, it's decent. However, they have lost my recommendation personally, and I'm perfectly happy with never eating here again." I would like to, however, update my review with a new light. I've been coming back and having dinner here every once in a while since my terrible review. Since then, I've had plenty of very nice dinners with my significant other. The fish fry is very good, and I usually get the baked feta as an appetizer. The food is a nice touch for Alfred, and the service has absolutely improved. The staff are always very nice, welcoming, and accommodating.
