My husband ordered the Original sandwich and it was piled high with meat and fresh veggies. They also offer pizza, salads, & soups. There's even a Cinnabon inside, which makes it even better if you're craving something sweet. When I mentioned we were from out of town and really look forward to stopping there, they went out of their way to make my sandwich extra special. That kind of service makes a difference! At this point, I believe this issue should be reported to the corporate office because it almost seems like there is an intentional pattern of providing incomplete orders or low-quality food to customers who order and pay online through the app. Honestly, this area might be better served if this location were closed and replaced by an establishment that understands how to properly operate a business. The flounder was my favorite; it was perfectly fried and seasoned. I'm going to get the flounder dinner next time with coleslaw. Mac n cheese is okay, not great just okay, I add a little jerk seasoning to it when I get home. The okra is very good! I also enjoy their bean pie; it has a nice spice flavor and the perfect serving. I do not like their tartar sauce, it's not thick, it's too watery and doesn't have a taste that I personally care for.
