My family & I were in the area needing dinner since it was late. It was a few different locations in the area & opted for this location since they had a dining area inside. Once we pulled up the lighting in the parking was very dim & felt unsafe so we decided to go in to place our order instead of eating inside. If you order inside they have very steep stairs to get inside the restaurant & leaving. There were a few customers waiting for their food & noticed the menus taped to the wall & window as well as other messages for their rules. The associate taking the orders was on her phone the whole time as well which was unprofessional. We ordered 2 chicken wing dinners which comes w/ 6 wings, fries, bread & coleslaw & 1, 5 piece perch dinner. Our food did come out hot & our chicken wing dinners were decent & the perch dinner was missing something. After we ordered we looked around the dining room area & it was very dirty w/ tables, floors, dead fly on the table & looked up the vent was filthy & needs a deep clean inside the restaurant. Also they had boxes all visible of supplies in the dining room area & in the hallway by the bathroom. All of these supplies should be stored in a supply closet & have an employee cleaning the dining room area on a regular basis. After about a three minute ways, someone finally agreed at me and asked me if I was putting in an order or picking up. They seem really busy with drive-through orders and also seem to be on point with making sure the orders were correct. My food was handed to me and fresh. I've only ordered from the drive through. In the last 16 days, I've probably been here three or four times. You can review my from the Pryor Rd location and see that I have no complaints about the food. I will say this, unless you just have to have fries, I suggest substituting them for hush puppies or extra cole slaw. Their cole slaw is delicious, but they only give you a couple fork fulls in the small container that comes with the combos/dinners. The drive through can be wrapped around the building, but it moves at a average pace for food that is being prepared to order. I also suggest, check your food, in the times I've been my order was wrong twice so they have about a 50% average on giving me the right food at the drive through I've told myself I was not coming back for at least a month, so if anyone is going, I recommend the 20pc shrimp, substitute fries for hushpuppies and go with the Peach soda. This may have been a good experience; however, the Asian lady, Koi, taking orders outside in the line with a tablet (using a Chick Fil A model)spoke to not only me but another patron in a disrespectful manner when I said, Do you have a menu; she said well just wait in line, rolled her eyes, and walked off. I imagined the fish to be fresh, plump and tender instead I was received the driest, darkest and oldest pieces of fish imaginable. It seems like they dipped it in soy sauce, fried multiple times and then microwaved it. I was so disappointed. Of course, I threw it away because I couldn't eat it. Let's just say I had a bad customer service experience here but the food was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! For starters, I called in an order while I waited in the parking lot and I received a order number from the obnoxious and unpleasant cashier. When I say rude I mean on a scale of 1 to 10 sis was a whole 35. After waiting for 15 minutes I decided to walk in. When we got to the register she didn't even have my order in the system! So we decided to order again and this time wait inside. While I was giving her the order she even had her headphones in and rushing me to finish so she could get back to obnoxiously singing her song out loud. The wait only took about 15 minutes but in the meantime there were homeless people inside at the hot sauce station begging for money. I understand the area so with that being said just be safe! The parking lot was packed and full of loitering. Now on to the food. Listen, I ordered a 4 piece wing combo with fries and a frozen lemonade. To my surprise I wish I would've ordered more! The crunch on the chicken tasted like heaven. I don't know what that powdery seasoning is but believe me just ask for extra! Even the hot sauce was banging!!!!! The fries are probably the best fries I've ever had from a wing spot. Whewwwww and the Lemonade. It comes frozen with clear wrap on the top and they can add flavors to it if you like.
