25$ for a half piece of salmon, not even a full potato.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. -overpriced, 8 small shrimp for $30.00 -small portions: half a salmon, half a potato -50 MINUTE WAIT FOR TWO ENTREES -sticky tables -hard wood chairs None of this is my opinion, this is just what happened.

I gotta try a few more seafood spots but right now this my go to for a good shrimp or chicken bowl! Good service & everything is cooked to order so I would recommend calling in your order

Popped in for a quick bite since we were in the area. The food presentation is amazing but oh so much to be desired. First the catfish was very fresh, like it came came straight from the sea. Then it was wet, slimy inside The shrimp was ok, fries blah and salmon burger needed work - no seasoning and it didn't hold together. I had to eat it with a fork. The cashier was was way too comfy, sitting behind counter with her feet propped. I would hope that today wasn't a stark reflection of business and wish them the best of success.

I wasn't really that impressed with this spot. The amount I spent compared to the taste of the food just wasn't really worth it. The food was your pretty basic seafood platter. Some seasoning but didn't have much room to customize like many other seafood places. No boiled eggs, one piece of corn, i had to ask for them to add a sausage. I Loved the outdoor seating even though it's right next to a semi-busy street. The macaroni wasn't nothing to die for. I was kind of disappointed because I was expecting so much more out of this place.

Pretty good. Clean establishment and the service is very good. It is a good option for seafood especially for take out. The food came out quickly but I was the only person who was there ordering so I'm not sure if that's the case when it's crowded. I ordered two fried seafood platters. It normally comes with whiting and they let me substitute the second platter with catfish. My daughter also requested the hush puppies instead of fries. She said the catfish and hush puppies were very good good. I substituted the fries with the broccoli which the young plady suggested. It was very good as it was cooked and seasoned well. The platter also comes with a crab cake which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The shrimp was seasoned well and flavorful. My whiting was a bit over cooked though but as a whole the platter is very good. You will have a sticker shock at $24 each platter so if you're not too hungry, get the basket which we probably should have done. Nonetheless, the seafood is very good and the establishment is clean and stylish. The bathroom is also clean and the large whitfloor tiles make the entire place look clean.

Shrimp basket. $15 and a bit pricey but it was good.

I'm updating my review based on the change in prices along with the fact they've increased the count on the shrimp basket Plenty of parking. Now a shrimp basket is $12 with fries The owner was here in this visit and I'll surely suggest this place as a go too option. If you get to visit try to sit inside. The atmosphere is pretty cool Thanks to Ms. Ann for being such an awesome chef.

I visited Tredricks for the first time yesterday. It was Friday, the rain had subsided, and a friend promised excellent seafood boils. I was ready to roll. 1st impression: Pro:When we pulled up I was pleased. There is a well appointed patio with cute bistro tables scattered throughout and even though Tredrick's is located on a busy intersection, you don't notice it. The privacy bushes are well situated. Con: The speakers were blasting the live broadcast of V103. No sensorship of the music. I caution you against bringing young and old as the atmosphere isn't family friendly. Also, this is not a good spot for a quiet date night. 2nd Impression: Pro: This is a beautiful space. Well appointed, light and airy. Nautical themed, so you are instantly ready for a seafood feast. Marble tiled bathrooms were spotless! So far so good. Also, keep in mind, there are no customers when we arrive and only 1 party of 4 come in while we're there. The woman behind the counter was friendly and took our orders. I ordered a platter with broiled salmon, sauteed shrimp, corn, potatoes and I substituted scallops for sausage. Friend A ordered The Tredrick Lobster boil with the works along with sides, mac n cheese and salad. Friend B ordered the posted special. Crab, shrimp, potatoes, corn boil with sides mac n cheese and salad. Our combined bill for 3 was $140. It took a bit of time to receive our order. This surprised us all. We were a party of 3, and whilst there only a party of 4 entered. There were items missing from order. 1 person received ordered sides, the other did not and had to ask about them. The woman behind questioned if the order was placed for them. They had. She did bring them out. The lasting impression: Pro: The food looked amazing. Broiled sausage was delicious. Con: Unfortunately, the taste and texture were not. Potatoes on all platters were raw. Corn on the cob slices were chewy. Not freshly cooked. Salmon was so overcooked I could not eat it. Salad had so many decomposing leaves it had to be returned. Crab legs meeeh. Sauteed shrimp, not sure I can agree it was sauteed. Flavor was slight and left a lot to be desired. I did speak to the woman behind the counter, expressing our concerns with the quality of the food. I also told her I wanted to let her know because I would like them to succeed. It's a beautiful spot. I hope she took the critique to heart.

Upon having a day date with my wife, we decided on seafood in the area. Upon arriving to Trederick's, there was apprehension from my wife because of the lack of customers. I convinced her to try it anyway. We approached the counter and ordered Shrimp and Grits and Fish with fries. We waited for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, when our food was brought out to us. We sat outside because the weather was nice, plus the furnishings reflected the setting of the restaurant. I'm usually not speechless but I was this time as the food was perfection. Perfectly fried fish and fries. Perfect grits as wells as seasoned shrimp. Plus the key lime cake was awesome as well not to mention huge! If you haven't tried this hidden gem, please do. You are missing a wonderful treat. You won't be disappointed that SOMEBODY GOT IT RIGHT!

The fried pieces of breading are what they consider "chips".

Food: 5/5 We decided to try a leisurely lunch. The menu is not large, but it has enough variety to be interesting. Everything we tried was delicious. The smoked salmon appetizer portion was large, but the best part was the great flavor. I can see why this choice has been on the menu for years. The Vidalia onion soup will be a surprise for the non-Georgians who expect it to be similar to a savory beef broth like French onion soup. Georgia's onions from the Vidalia area are sweet and tasty enough to carry the soup without the help of a meat broth and the green pesto sauce offers a nice additional touch. The salmon on fresh salad was done perfectly. The panka-crusted cod with mashed potatoes and spinach was outstanding. Both were seasoned so lightly that the true flavors shone through. The portions were generous enough that dessert at the time would have been too much, but others can do as we did and take home one of the dessert choices. Next time we plan to try their sandwiches which looked yummy at other tables. Service : 5/5 Service was excellent from the pleasant greeting, through the entire meal. Our server, Clayton, couldn't have been more helpful with the menu, as well as being very efficient and amiable. He made sure our food was served promptly and our beverages glasses were full, and our requests were met quickly. Facility: The facility lends itself to the riverside experience from the canoe in the entryway ceiling to the flowers and bird feeders just beyond the patio tables. The white tablecloth ambiance informs you that this isn't a fast-food experience. There are tents set aside in a more private are of the garden as a lovely venue for special events Location : This isn't a quick roadside stop next to a 6-lane highway. Even though the restaurant is convenient to dine in an Atlanta suburb, the roads to the restaurant wind and meander for a short distance through one of the prettiest neighborhoods, with a canopy of large old trees, with lovely fences, hedges, and gates lining the road. There is courteous valet parking at the front door. The restaurant is not inexpensive but it is well worth the prices paid, in our opinion.

I was a bit surprised to see that they were pretty empty inside (6:30pm on a Saturday seems like prime time), but the ambiance was pleasant, nonetheless. Our server was knowledgeable and walked us through the wine list -- I always appreciate when they don't just recommend the most expensive bottles. We ended up ordering a Sazerac and Corpse Reviver, but wished we had ordered wine. The drinks were both pretty warm, and it may be the first time ever that we've left cocktails unfinished. The bread and salad came out, and both were delicious. Our server did warn us that the cheese on the salad was not pasteurized, which seemed like a strange choice for a restaurant, but oh well. For such a simple salad, it was excellent. The bread and butter were great, too, but the olive oil tasted a bit rancid to me. Soon after we finished the bread and salad, our steak frites were served. I am normally a filet girl, through and through, but the NY Strip was so tender and flavorful that I forgot I wasn't eating a filet. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and despite the other reviews, the serving was plenty -- 7-8oz each. The fries were so good that I couldn't quit eating them, long after I was full. The garlic aioli and béarnaise sauce were delicious, as well. Definitely worth the $49/person! I found it a bit frustrating that the restroom was downstairs in their sister restaurant, Little Sparrow, but it wasn't really an issue. Overall, good food, good service, great ambiance, but the cocktails could use some work. Will probably return, but it's not at the top of my list.

For starters, we shared pan-seared potato gnocchi with an order of grilled ciabatta on the side to soak up that delicious sauce. This is a must try!!!
