Half pound of lean ground beef, grilled to perfection - served with lettuce, tomato, and red onion on a toasted brioche bun. Also comes with a side of really crispy fries. My dining companion had the "Chicken Chaser" ... a "lighter chicken dish of grilled chicken breasts sauteed with white wine, mushrooms, and tomatoes." Oh my! Nothing light about this dish in terms of quantity of the calorie might be low. Absolutely delightful sautéed chicken breast. This was served with two sides. Gravy had no flavor as well. There wasn't enough salt on the table to make it all better. The okra came out about 15min after we got our plates. It was fresh, but again, flavorless. My husband had the fried pork chop. It was just okay -- cooked well, zero flavor. Butter beans were good flavor wise, but definitely seemed to have been sitting for a while. It was odd to us that the only things you could get to drink were water, tea, lemonade, milk, and coffee. The second star is only for the chicken. Never came back to finish. Apps came out before drinks. When my kid's Sprite arrived it was carbonated water -- when we flagged a manager, we were told they were out of Sprite. Would've been nice to know that upfront. The water I ordered never came at all. Meals were room temperature. Server never checked back in -- we had to track her down just to pay and leave. Meanwhile I watched a manager in a black polo leaning against the wall while the carpeted floors were visibly dirty. There's a saying about leaning and cleaning for a reason.
