This is a family owned business that's a collective collaboration across three generations. The care put into the service and the setup was top tier. The time they took to answers questions and present themselves really allowed us to connect with their history and their contribution to food in this city/region. And then the food was exceptional. We actually had two meals catered, one comprised of veggies, ribs, and sausages. The other was a burger bar + ice cream. Both nights the meals were incredible with great flavor and balanced seasoning, very filling, and left our group wondering "can we have them cater again?"
