This is the original location that haas been there for years, but they've expanded to a few other locations. This location is small but it's cute and the staff is really friendly. You can order online for their regular menu but they had some specials this weekend (sign up for the emails because you can see the specials at leach location and you get a code for a free cookie for your birthday) so we called in. Food was ready in 15 minutes. We got the lobster roll which is Connecticut style-my preference-with lots of butter! They had a fish and chips special so we got that too. And a pb&j cookie for my birthday! My husband very recently broke his leg so picking up Chulas with some great lobster was a nice treat! It's not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Very fresh, high quality seafood. They have great poke and a great fish market if you want to pick up raw seafood to cook at home. Definitely a little gem in SoSco.

Being the desert, the quality of Seafood is important, since we are nowhere near seawater and the reputable Chula Seafood is here to serve us, desert dwellers, well. TUNA MELT- it's refreshing to have a tuna sandwich that is not canned tuna. There is a chimichiri sauce that you can get to drizzle on it that really gives a depth of flavor. The bread was a nice sourdough that was not just a cheap white bread and did not get soggy. However, with my sandwich, the bread was burnt so that bitterness ruined the flavor of the delicate fish. My pictures shows a few burnt spots, but on the bottom side was way more burnt and it was like they put the most burnt side on the bottom to hide it and hope I didn't notice. I did not appreciate this. CLAM CHOWDER- creamy and more on the fluid consistency, being made with fresh clams makes the difference. Not the best chowder i've had, but was pretty decent. The fish variety can vary with seasons, but it is nice to get different choices throughout the year. There are limited offerings here compared to the bigger location across town, as far as menu and fish selection. But for a small store it is a good place to get some quality seafood to take home or sit and eat. Check out the great happy hour deals

We decided to order a cup of clam chowder each to start off with and for our main entrees, we ordered a cold lobster roll and a shrimp po boy. The chowder was a bit disappointing for our preferences. However, both the lobster roll and the shrimp po boy were fantastic in both taste and quality! The lobster roll looked smaller than others I've had before but it was absolutely STUFFED with sizable chunks of lobster meat. I would definitely come back for another one in the future. What I really appreciated about this place was that for a fast-casual dining experience, the service was very friendly and attentive from start to finish. Even though this establishment is considered fast-casual dining the vibe inside didn't feel like it based on the décor and cleanliness. Not only do they have plenty of indoor seating options, but they also have a sizable outdoor patio.

I grew up rurally and had never eaten pork chops bought from a store until moving away. Same with ribs. My father, a Journeyman electrician had friends who farmed and sold their own pork. None better! Rusty Nail's pork chops, especially their porterhouse cuts, are even better than the ones I recall so fondly from my youth. Tender, perfectly marbled and flavorful like none other. They're not "grocery store" cuts. We also bought a rack of baby back ribs. My least favorite step in smoking them is removing their membrane. Not only was this (attention to detail!) step already completed, they were fall-off-the-bone highest quality. So good! Unlike when I was young these chops can be grilled to medium or medium-well if preferred, preserving their juices and maximizing flavor. These too are now on our dinner favorites rotation. Simple seasoning with salt and pepper is all that's needed, although next time we're trying their seasonings. We will continue shopping here regularly. We've referred every friend who enjoys value and great meals too--in other words we have suggested to everyone we know to give these great people (and local ownership!) a try. Without fail our friends are truly grateful.

Very helpful and friendly employees 4. The loaded and twice baked potatoes when they don't have much pepper (just a personal preference). Just reheat slowly in foil until soft and melty. Trust me. They are delicious. If you want one with less pepper just choose one with less black specks. 4. Amazing price when they have a sale. For their anniversary they had 10 pounds of prime beef (their choice) for $110! Phenomenal price and great cuts were in my mystery box. Cons 1. Save your receipts just in case you need to return something. I bought two whole chickens that ended up smelling off/bad (rare instance that this happened here). I was able to return them because I luckily still had the receipt. Wouldn't have been able to return nor exchange without the receipt.

In the West Valley, where the desert stretches toward the horizon, this place opens its doors and somehow makes the earth feel smaller. You walk in for a few ingredients and leave having wandered through a dozen countries without ever needing a passport. The abundance is almost overwhelming in the best possible way. An entire aisle devoted to noodles, shelves lined with teas that carry centuries of tradition, an eclectic produce section where purple sweet potatoes rest beside Asian pears, pandan leaves perfume the air, and every basket seems to hold a new story waiting to be cooked. Some of my favorite treasures are the bun bò Huế noodles, the purple sweet potatoes, crisp Asian pears, fresh pandan, and the endless array of fun drinks that always convince me to try something new. Every visit feels like a small adventure. And then there are the little surprises that make this place unforgettable: an incredible pho restaurant tucked inside, a jewelry shop sparkling quietly nearby, and families from every background filling their carts with pieces of home. What I admire most is that places like Lee Lee's do more than sell groceries--they preserve memory. They help grandparents pass recipes to grandchildren. They give immigrants a taste of familiarity. They invite curious people to discover cultures different from their own with open hands and open hearts. In a world that can feel increasingly divided, a market like this reminds us that one of the easiest ways to understand another person is to share what they eat, what they drink, and what they gather around the table. I am deeply grateful to have Lee Lee's in the West Valley. It is not just an Asian market. It is a crossroads of cultures, a celebration of tradition, and proof that sometimes the most beautiful journeys begin with a shopping cart.

He said that the last brand didn't sell well and they put everything on sale to clear it out. He gave me an uncertain timeline of two weeks for a restock, but it didn't sound real. I am from out of town, and it's a two hour drive, and I came singularly for the frozen mock meat. I did walk the isles and they do have a lot of items to choose from that you will not find in a typical American supermarket, and I picked up some interesting sauces and condiments I hadn't seen before, which was good. Very, very bad was the bathroom. There was a pool of dirty water on the floor with a mop and pail. The latch on the single sit down stall was broken and I walked in on someone. The sinks are stained and dirty. The smell is bad and overwhelming. They need to clean it and wipe it down and fix the sit down stall latch. All in all, the store has a lot of asian products you will not find in supermarkets, they are comme ci, comme ça! ‍ on frozen mock meat products, and somebody really needs to clean their men's bathroom.
