With a healthy assortment of both Western and Eastern products this place has a little bit of everything in he best way. If you're looking for Weeb delights: manga, plushies, and figurines. You're in luck! This place is one of the few places in Ocala that has them! Not an otaku? No need to fret. They have everything from Marvel, DC, and even a few products from new shows that recently came out! If you're in Ocala and need to get your hands on a comic, figurine, board game, or even a gift for a friend. It's my go to spot! Worth a visit!

The organizers…read moretold players that booster box purchases would have priority to players who participated in the event. On the day of the event, players who signed up were written on a short list to be able to purchase a box during the middle of the event. Mid-way through the event, the staff informed players that only the top half of the short list would receive a box. At the end of the event, the staff told the players who were on the top half, that the list was rewritten, their placement was changed, and there was no longer a box available to them. As a player who was among the top half of the original list, I felt very hurt, frustrated, with a broken trust with the comic shop at that point. I also had a friend who arrived earlier, was number 2 on the list, but had his name scratched out and told he couldn't get a box. It was very shady and borderline false advertisement. My recommendation to the comic book shop is to be truthful and upfront to prevent these kinds of things from happening. They lost returning customers.

I was in the Downtown Leesburg, FL area with my friend Tanya she had some stuff to pick up in the…read morearea but couldn't get it till 1pm. So while we were waiting I remembered there was a comic-book/collectibles shop in town, I knew this from all the times I have been to the Downtown Leesburg area and wanting to go inside the shop but never had enough time to go inside. First thing that I loved about the shop was the pretty lit name Not Just Cardboard which I thought was a really clever name for the type of shop it was. So once I entered the establishment I was transported to a Magical Land of throwback collectibles, yesteryear toys, toys from my childhood, throwback sport jersey, and an amazing collection of old and new comic books. I saw some toys inside there that I haven't see since I was a little kid, like the Mighty Morphin Power Ranger Morphing Action figures from the original toy line of the show which I believe are really hard to find if your a collector. The store is owned and operated by these three guys Mike, Mark, and Dave I was able to chat it up with both Mark and Mike both were really nice guys who had great customer service. They both really knew their stuff about the things they were selling in their shop very knowledgeable. They wanted me to let anyone who was making their way to the shop that they were in the middle of a remodel and that that's why it might look a little disorganized in the shop right now but that they are still open and that once the remodel is over its going to be a even more of a Magical Place for everyone who visit the shop. This kinda a shops are the shops that I love because you never know what you might find you could find something new or something that's is old but you will always find something magical that brings joy to your life and reminds you of how life should be lived because life is short and should be lived to the fullest. So in closing if you ever find yourself in the Downtown Leesburg, FL area and your looking for a little Magic that will bring you back to better days check out Not Just Cardboard.

I didn't really have a goal in mind for what I wanted, so just going through the stacks and browsing to see if anything caught my eye was the basic plan. Lots of people lined up, but I got through the line pretty quickly. Inside, the books are arranged in a reasonable order, and the different sections are easy to identify, so finding areas that interested me was not a problem. Coming across the cooking section, I found that there were a number of smaller cookbooks that I like to term as "Wive's Club Cookbooks" which can be some of the best/most entertaining cookbooks you can come across due to the nature of the recipes that are contained in them. You never know what you are going to find in them, though recipes from the 1960's are prevalent and gelatin comes into heavy play. Good stuff there, and I stocked up on them. Overall, the Friends of the Library book sale is always a good thing to go to!

I had read the whole thing and it was well researched, with over 84 pages of sources. I challenge anyone to find just one false statement in it.
