I have gone here a few times because it was convenient and the service was ok. I liked that I could go across the street and get a free car wash after an oil change. I went there this morning and waited about 15 minutes and not a single person spoke to me. They kept looking up from what they were doing to look at me but then went back to what they were working on. Then, one guy was ready to back a car out of the garage and to get me to move he honked at me. Are you serious!? I am a paying, repeat customer and you are going to ignore me for 15 minutes and then honk at me!? No. I left and went to some where else. I took my repeat business with me. If you don't care about how you are treated than by all means give them a try. By the way, I got a full synthetic oil change and emissions check for less than just an oil change at this place. I took my car there a few weeks ago to get emissions checked. They were not busy. Two employees and one car ahead of me. I waited 30 minutes just to have somebody talk to me. One of the employees took a smoke break, made eye contact with me, and still preceded not to greet me. I finally went up to him, told him how long I had been there. Needed to get a transmission rebuilt and had a friend that worked there so checked into it. Price was really good and they were very patient and honest with me as I asked questions and shopped around. When I took it in, the mechanic working on it got hit by the flu, but they made sure to take care of me for the delay. Noticed a minor issue that was with the hose after getting it back and they made sure to take care of quick and no charge at all. The staff I've interacted with have been very friendly. Definitely impressed with the service. Store condition: waiting room is comfortable with free beverages, coffee, and tv while you wait. read more

Skip this place. It's pretty much the worst and not worth it. Half of the vacuums don't work. The care wash leaves so much stuff on your car. I've literally been inside the car wash when it just shut down one time. read more

Exceptional Service!! I just recently moved here to the Atlanta area from the Washington, DC area about 6 months ago, and had the most difficult time finding a place to get my oil changed. I'm weary of most places because usually "fix-it" shops and "lube" oil change chains have proven to be consistently overbearing, abrasive, and pushy to sell me more, enhance my vehicle, regular maintenance, etc. in order to make more money, of course... I can't blame them. But both times but I have visited Captain Kleen Speed Lube off Wade Green Road in Kennesaw, GA, the staff has gone above and beyond their "call of duty". I arrived tonight at Captain Kleen Speed Lube with hopes of getting my husband's oil changed, finally! He works retail, so it's very difficult to get his car anytime between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.! I just knew these guys would take great care of us, and I was so proud actually arrived an hour before they closed! Or did I? My gut just sank when the gentleman working here at Captain Kleen Speed Lube told me that they take their last oil change no later than 5:45 p.m. because they close at 6.... I was under the impression, for whatever reason, that they did not close until 7 p.m... "Oh no!!" I literally exclaimed in response to him, and I begged him with a cherry on top to please please please help me out and allow me to get my oil changed even though I'm a few minutes late. Without hesitating, he said, "alright come on in! We never want to let our customers down! Thank. You. Really. Thank you. I feel much safer having my husband out on the bed knowing that his car is in "Tip-Top" condition now with YOU guys!! Thank you so much!!! Though I have used the car wash facility numerous times, this was my first time taking my car to the Speed Lube on Wade Green Road in Kennesaw. I cannot say enough good things about the Service I received! These guys were polite, easy to talk with about my car and never once made me feel awkward about being there in what is typically a man's world! They checked all that I asked them too and more. The had every chance in the world to rack up charges on my behalf but they were honest and told me what needed to be done and what could wait without doing any harm to the car or me. I was incredibly impressed with the service, the employees, the cleanliness of the place and even the prices! What's not to like?!!! I wish I could remember the names of those who helped me to check in, did the service and then received payment for the repairs as they were all different but all were equally nice and presented themselves in a very respectful, clean and caring manner. And then, I was given a code to get a free carwash!!! I went across the street and drove thru the carwash and there too, I was greeted by an extremely friendly, polite young man. Whoever is doing your hiring needs a raise cause they are right on track with the kind of individuals you need to best represent your businesses. Unless something changes dramatically, you now have a customer for life! Funny thing, I understand my adult children already use your services - why on earth they didn't tell me how wonderful your places are is a mystery to me! I will tell anyone who listens to me!!!!
