I'm a big fan of Discount Tire but this location isn't it. I made an appointment for 11:30pm. Arrived and was told it'd be done by 12:30pm. My car was not moved until after 12:30pm. I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment was?? I then got text notifications from the store it would be done at 12:45pm, even after that time had passed. It was a bit after 1pm before it was done. I get it, things happen and people run behind. However, I didn't get one apology or heads up on the logistics during my wait. Also, I clearly heard people call in and ask if they were running on time for appointments and the guy told them we are 30 minutes behind....meanwhile, they were an HOUR behind. read more

Traveling from Michigan to Florida, I ran over a nail (in my brand new tires) on southbound I-75. Managed to limp off the freeway and able to change tire in a Walgreens parking lot. Not going very far on my space saver tire so I searched for a Discount Tire, because I bought these tires just 3 weeks ago up in Michigan. The damaged tire could not be fixed and fortunately they had the exact tire in stock. The entire staff was courteous, professional and extremely helpful and I was out ,on a brand new tire, in 90 minutes. I would highly recommend this store if you live in the area. I've been a discount tire customer for more than 25+ yrs, I own 5 cars/trucks, and several trailers, and yesterday was my worst experiences ever, the actual tire guys were awesome, but sales guys not good at all, treating me like I don't know anything about tires, tried selling me new tires very aggressively for my wife's car, when clearly I've got 10k miles easily left, rather than fixing a slow leaking 1 tire, then when I said no, they told me they had no time to look at 1 tire!! I'm probably going to Woodstock discount tire, but the way they keep switching out there sales people ‍ what's up with that, I got a quote for balancing 4 trailer tires from that sales guy, made an appointment, and when I showed up on time, they started an hour after my appointment, but the guys/workers were very nice, and did an excellent job, and it was actually cheaper than idiot sales guy quoted!! I have no patience for aggressive stupidity!! Another discount tire store will get my future business, because of how he lied to my face like I was stupid!! Screw in tire needs repair, came in at 1pm said yes sir will get right on that been here more than an hour still haven't touched my vehicle or even got the keys saw numerous cars come after us being serviced just because you fix them for free doesn't mean you can take forever it's ridiculous and I'm a repeat customer bought my tires here wiper blades but not again and I won't recommend them to anyone they're in no hurry for stuff they do for free!! I've gotten tires from Discount Tires for all of my vehicles for over 12 years. I've never had one issue, the quality and availability of inventory has always been there and the service folks are cool as all get out! I've been lucky to get in and out each visit. Their prices definitely have increased over the years, but so has everything else. I'd say the value for money is still there, in my opinion. read more

I stopped in because my loaner car's back right tire showed ~20 pounds less pressure than the back left. Discount Tire in Kennesaw got me right in and found a very sharp screw that went in at an angle that did not look promising for patching. However, the technician got it patched (yay!!) and sent me on my way. My husband and I take all of our cars here and continue to get great service. read more

Only reason i said maybe is because other workers here might have potential but i have to remember that one spoiled apple can ruined the bunch. We came here to see if they could help us with our flat tire. The worker (Joe) gave us no hope. He just kept giving us pricy items....how is this "discount" tire but you trying to charge us a arm and leg..he wouldn't even put our donut on for us. We literally had to call some friends. Joe said that our tire was damaged but it wasn't at all. The tire had a little hole in it but that was all. After we took the tire off (ourselves) and put the donut on (ourselves) we took the tire to the manager and he said "we will fix it" but then he said Joe can u take of them..... JESUS. Joe came back and said "I think i can fix it" "it won't be done until 6:30" HUHHHHHH????? These guys have integrity and great people. I took my car here one morning after seeing a nail I'm my brand new car tire ‍. They were so honest and called me out to show that luckily the nail was actually the smallest screw I had ever seen and that it didn't puncture the tire deep enough to need a new tire! They could've easily charged me for another tire. I will definitely be taking all my tire needs here from now on! read more

Walked out with shaking in my bad tires. Got them "rebalance" and it only made them worst. Call them and rep stated that they can "rebalance them" again otherwise its another mechanical issue.
