    My awesome purchase :)

This dealership had *the* car that I have been looking for (within my price range) for a while now. I have dealt with other dealerships, big and small, and this was easily the most clear-cut group of people I have come across. The owner is a very nice, charming and HONEST man which can be hard to find in this industry. He truly goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family alike, we will definitely be back! HONEST, AFFORDABLE, HELPFUL and FAIR and that makes me HAPPY! :) ...I finally have my Mazda3.. Yippeee!

Went to this place today to look at a 2014 Prius C for $13k. Great price, stood in the office for 15 no one acknowledge me. They saw me but never came to offer service. I left because it looked like a couple of customers came back not happy about their previous purchases. All cars look like they have been repaired, no customer parking. You must park on the street. Drove 25 mins to this place, not worth it. It's just a hook. Poor service, poor cars.

I purchased a Ford Focus from this dealership last month and I must say I enjoyed my experience and still enjoy my car today. Car 1234 is a USAA authorized dealer and I that is how I was able to find them. I live in Lemon Grove so if it weren't for their website I probably would never find them. As soon as I saw the car I knew it was perfect for me because it was compact and fit my price limit! They included all of the important details on the website regarding the car and great pictures. The day I went to the dealership I met with Mike and he was very laid back and professional. I told him the car that I wanted to test and he gave me the keys and allowed me to take the car for a test drive on my own. I appreciate him doing that so I could relax and comfortably test out the car. I did not take the car that day because I still wasn't sure about trading in my jeep. Mike was not pushy, he provided great customer service! Cut to the day I came to pick up the Ford Focus and drop off my Jeep I worked with Robert! Robert was even more laid back than Mike! He was professional, and courteous the entire time I was there. He helped me complete my transaction and made me feel like a valued customer. Most dealerships have a way of being pushy, and then making you feel like a number once they have sold you! Not this dealership! Over the next few weeks anytime I had a question I could text Robert and he would always reply and help out! He is a funny and cool car salesman who is also professional and precise at what he does! Every time I go to the dealership they remember and great me by name! Awesome job you guys! I hate the car buying process, but you all made it smooth and easy! Thanks!

Got a sweet deal on a like new 2014 VW Jetta. Had a little ding on the windshield and it was promptly replaced for me before my purchase. I worked with Robert...got a free aux chord, car charger and portable phone charger after purchase which was pretty sweet. The only reason why this place doesn't get a 5 star rating is because there was only one Robert and a few other customers every time I was there. Besides that, I'm a happy customer!

These guys are pretty fair I got my Jeep Wrangler here for 26500 when other dealers wouldn't even give me the same exact jeep for less than 30k. I've been driving the jeep for months now with no major problems :). It may not be the nicest dealership out there but they don't try and rip you off near as much as other dealers do. trust me I test drove so many jeeps in the same exact condition and some even worse and this was by far The best price and easiest dealers to work with. They also don't try and push you into doing anything as much as other dealers.

Instead, he worked tirelessly to make sure everything was addressed and fixed properly. That level of follow-through and accountability is rare in the car business. I have personally ever experienced in a bank and we've been with the Navy Federal Bank for 30 years. My mother is elder Bedford. Her debit card wasn't working. She hasn't drove a vehicle in 20 years. They wanted her to get a identification card, which is fine. That took a week remind you there's no food for her. There's no medicine for her. There's nothing her kids had to figure something out the following week go back into the branch. They literally give this 80 year-old elder so much obstacles just to unlock her debit card and get her money, it was absolutely asinine the disrespect we got from that branch and the people working there was diabolical. Again on her son, and they looked at me like I was literally a criminal who should not be in there when in fact, I'm the one who's been taking care of my mother for the last 20 years I took days off work to go in there to solve this issue so we can get her medicine. They told us basically go get another bank account from another financial institution find 16 different forms of identification, even though the woman told us she knows my mom was the woman but there's policy and that's the problem. Navy Federal's policy basically is elder abuse it needs to change because there's no way an elder woman should be waiting almost 2 weeks to get her money and then go back in to have more obstacles to have to deal with just to identify her even though the branch lady says she knows the woman in front of her is the same woman. Again, I'm going to go as high as I can to complain because these people just shoved us out the door and could care less I highly advise nobody to ever go to that branch or ever deal with Navy Federal again we had to go to another bank to open up another checking account to come back to Navy Federal to prove identity. Absolutely I diabolical the new. Bank looked at it like we were idiots why would they want you to do all of this just to identify an elder that's been with the branch for 28 years are you kidding me. These people are evil and they don't care at all and all they tell you sorry it's policy. It's policy. Hands-down, the worst financial institution on this planet is the branch in Santee Navy Federal.

Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted warmly, and that small gesture alone sets the tone for a great experience. This particular small branch is ideal for quick, efficient transactions. It's never overcrowded, and there's always enough staff on hand to assist you promptly--something I truly appreciate in today's fast-paced world. While they don't offer all the services of a larger or full-service branch, they're excellent for basic banking needs like deposits, withdrawals, or account assistance. One thing to note: there are no public restrooms, so keep that in mind if you plan to be there for more than a few minutes. If you need more in-depth banking services or consultations, I'd recommend the La Mesa branch--but for quick in-and-outs with top-notch service, this location is a favorite of mine. Navy Federal continues to make me feel like more than just an account number--they make me feel like a valued member which places great value on this institution for me. Ps they do share a parking lot with Panera Bread and Chase bank so be prepared to look for parking and also parking places are much narrow which gives this place for me. 4 star.

I had recently replaced one of them with a pre-owned ACURA I purchased about a month ago which was a very good car buying experience. The dealership we had worked with was great. I still needed to replace the second lease vehicle and I wanted to replace it with another ACURA. I began my search to replace the second lease vehicle. I contacted several dealerships in the LA area over the next 2 months to find another well taken care of vehicle at a fair price. You would think finding any vehicle in a densely populated metropolis such as Los Angeles would be fairly easy, with a plethora of options to choose from. Not so much the case or at least not so much my luck until I expanded my search outside of LA and came across New to You Auto Sales in El Cajon CA. New to You Auto Sales not only had the vehicle (i.e. make, model, options, color, mileage, etc.) but it was also in outstanding condition and they offered it at a very fair price! I checked it out from top to bottom and it was in as good as a new vehicle condition. We made the purchase and drove back home to LA county. Once we got the vehicle back home, I had a certified mechanic give it a thorough inspection and everything came back 100% positive with no issues. The mechanic was equally impressed. I'm glad to say working with New to You Auto Sales was a great experience!

Aziz was very accommodating. He worked very hard to get me and my boyfriend approved for a better car for me. I was able to trade my 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT, that had many many problems and it was due for smog and registration. I had a total of four cars to choose from, and with my trade in I only had to put down $500 in cash. Even though I wasn't able to drive off the lot for a few days, they went above and beyond making sure the car was cleaned and all the little issues fixed. There was a small dent in the bumper and they fixed that, the top to the sunroof cover was replaced also. When I got there they had it washed and even put a big red bow on it for me because it was an early birthday present for myself. Aziz was very prompt at communicating with me if I had any questions while waiting for my car and Manny was also great at answering all my questions and even making sure my name was spelled correctly on all the forms LOL. Each time I went to them in hopes to pick the car up, they were always friendly and always offered me water and of course a very large supply of candy which they insisted on me taking. I even asked where he got them from! On very hot days, they made every experience there worth it. I have already referred them to a friend and hopefully Aziz will have another client! Short story: Yes, I…read more recommend these guys and it was well worth going to East County for my "new" used vehicle, and most noteworthy, the salesperson Dina, who made the process smooth, friendly, and efficient and did not trigger me at all! Long story: What do I mean trigger me? Lemme tell you--I hate high-pressure sales! Most people just find it annoying, but I have some kind of allergic reaction to it when it strikes me as overly manipulative or even like some form of bullying. Maybe because a couple of my first jobs were in sketchy sales (Cutco Knives anyone?--I lasted a whole week!). So yeah, I have kinda gone-off on sales people in the past. I'm not proud of this, it isn't comfortable for anyone, me, the salesperson, or my spouse, hehe... And with the old trope about the used-car salesman, I did a good job just avoiding the dealerships completely. But, with no current hand-me-down vehicles from family available, and my old car deemed a total loss-- I guess it was finally time to get on with what everyone else does as competent adults and just go and buy a car already! My strategy in dealing with myself and the car-buying process was to research online first. This actually worked out better than I would have thought. I used the truecar website link my insurance (Hartford) sent. It had a solid search function, and I was able to get a good sense of what was available in my area, the history and price of different vehicles, and a general sense of how much the taxes and fees would be (and therefore what could be a reasonable amount to negotiate/expect to pay out the door). In this way I was able to pre-shop around for cars, and educate myself on what would be a fair price. None of this is probably new to you experienced car buyers out there, but I think it could be very helpful to some of you, if you are a young or older newbie like myself. Anyway, the car I was interested in was at East County Pre-Owned Car Superstore, and so I arranged to go out there, meet Dina, and go for a test drive. Like anyone practicing new "adulting" skills, I brought my mom along! Well, she drove me, then played a quietly supportive wingman as I got on with the car-buying process. Dina, the salesperson, was easygoing and personable, and I thought she struck a nice balance of being helpful and leading the process forward without pressure. Um, as a side note about salespeople... yes, I tend to avoid them if that is an option, but I also have a dear friend who happens to be a very successful salesperson, and I have had positive experiences with salespeople too. What I've come to realize is that sales, at it's best, is a win-win situation, one in which the price is fair for both parties, and the salesperson helps you find and purchase a quality product that they believe in, you want, and that will serve you well. I feel like Dina is this kind of salesperson. Car shopping/buying takes time and energy to figure out, and I if you're like me you will need to do your homework online first. And if the car you want is in their lot, Dina is someone I wholeheartedly recommend to help you through the process. I came back to the dealership a few days after buying my car so they could replace a small piece of trim that was missing and they had ordered. Dina cheerfully snapped the new part on, and when I told her that the day before, my husband had already put a scratch on the car (he was so bummed and I was just happy it was him and not me:) she called her husband and asked him to come by and buff it out. He did, and made it look so much better! That was very nice, and very much in the spirit of wanting a happy customer even after the sale was made. Thanks to everyone who made it a positive experience for me, most especially you Dina, I'm digging my new car!
