He treated me with respect from the very beginning and worked hard to find a financing solution that actually made sense for my situation. What really stood out was his commitment after the deal was done. My truck unfortunately arrived with damage from transport, and Ali didn't disappear once the paperwork was signed. Instead, he worked tirelessly to make sure everything was addressed and fixed properly. That level of follow-through and accountability is rare in the car business. If you're rebuilding your credit and need someone who will actually advocate for you and stand behind their work, Ali Safaei and the team at Day One Credit are the people to call. I'm grateful for the help and the professionalism throughout the entire process.

This is for the Navy Federal in Santee not the one on Fletcher Parkway…read more I just couldn't find the one in San If I can rate that branch, I would give it a -50 Hands-down, we've had the worst experience. I have personally ever experienced in a bank and we've been with the Navy Federal Bank for 30 years. My mother is elder Bedford. Her debit card wasn't working. She hasn't drove a vehicle in 20 years. They wanted her to get a identification card, which is fine. That took a week remind you there's no food for her. There's no medicine for her. There's nothing her kids had to figure something out the following week go back into the branch. They literally give this 80 year-old elder so much obstacles just to unlock her debit card and get her money, it was absolutely asinine the disrespect we got from that branch and the people working there was diabolical. Again on her son, and they looked at me like I was literally a criminal who should not be in there when in fact, I'm the one who's been taking care of my mother for the last 20 years I took days off work to go in there to solve this issue so we can get her medicine. They told us basically go get another bank account from another financial institution find 16 different forms of identification, even though the woman told us she knows my mom was the woman but there's policy and that's the problem. Navy Federal's policy basically is elder abuse it needs to change because there's no way an elder woman should be waiting almost 2 weeks to get her money and then go back in to have more obstacles to have to deal with just to identify her even though the branch lady says she knows the woman in front of her is the same woman. Again, I'm going to go as high as I can to complain because these people just shoved us out the door and could care less I highly advise nobody to ever go to that branch or ever deal with Navy Federal again we had to go to another bank to open up another checking account to come back to Navy Federal to prove identity. Absolutely I diabolical the new. Bank looked at it like we were idiots why would they want you to do all of this just to identify an elder that's been with the branch for 28 years are you kidding me. These people are evil and they don't care at all and all they tell you sorry it's policy. It's policy. Hands-down, the worst financial institution on this planet is the branch in Santee Navy Federal.

Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted warmly, and that small gesture alone sets the tone for a great experience. This particular small branch is ideal for quick, efficient transactions. It's never overcrowded, and there's always enough staff on hand to assist you promptly--something I truly appreciate in today's fast-paced world. While they don't offer all the services of a larger or full-service branch, they're excellent for basic banking needs like deposits, withdrawals, or account assistance. One thing to note: there are no public restrooms, so keep that in mind if you plan to be there for more than a few minutes. If you need more in-depth banking services or consultations, I'd recommend the La Mesa branch--but for quick in-and-outs with top-notch service, this location is a favorite of mine. Navy Federal continues to make me feel like more than just an account number--they make me feel like a valued member which places great value on this institution for me. Ps they do share a parking lot with Panera Bread and Chase bank so be prepared to look for parking and also parking places are much narrow which gives this place for me. 4 star.

I took the car to an trusted local mechanic and he said the car was in perfect working order. I have seen some of the reviews that say the owner is dismissive or not as communicative - we didn't find this to be the case. They are busy, and have a busy lot with lots of people looking all the time, but when we came to buy the sales staff took care to make sure everything was in order and that we got what we wanted. Test driving the cars was no problem. The mechanic is on site most of the time and you can ask him directly what he did to the car after the received it and before they sell it. Transparency! So to sum this up: We got the car we wanted for about 15% less than other car dealerships, the car worked perfectly (its a 3 year old car), we were treated respectfully on the lot, and we will BE BACK for other purchases.

I had recently replaced one of them with a pre-owned ACURA I purchased about a month ago which was a very good car buying experience. The dealership we had worked with was great. I still needed to replace the second lease vehicle and I wanted to replace it with another ACURA. I began my search to replace the second lease vehicle. I contacted several dealerships in the LA area over the next 2 months to find another well taken care of vehicle at a fair price. You would think finding any vehicle in a densely populated metropolis such as Los Angeles would be fairly easy, with a plethora of options to choose from. Not so much the case or at least not so much my luck until I expanded my search outside of LA and came across New to You Auto Sales in El Cajon CA. New to You Auto Sales not only had the vehicle (i.e. make, model, options, color, mileage, etc.) but it was also in outstanding condition and they offered it at a very fair price! I checked it out from top to bottom and it was in as good as a new vehicle condition. We made the purchase and drove back home to LA county. Once we got the vehicle back home, I had a certified mechanic give it a thorough inspection and everything came back 100% positive with no issues. The mechanic was equally impressed. I'm glad to say working with New to You Auto Sales was a great experience!

Aziz was very accommodating. He worked very hard to get me and my boyfriend approved for a better car for me. I was able to trade my 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT, that had many many problems and it was due for smog and registration. I had a total of four cars to choose from, and with my trade in I only had to put down $500 in cash. Even though I wasn't able to drive off the lot for a few days, they went above and beyond making sure the car was cleaned and all the little issues fixed. There was a small dent in the bumper and they fixed that, the top to the sunroof cover was replaced also. When I got there they had it washed and even put a big red bow on it for me because it was an early birthday present for myself. Aziz was very prompt at communicating with me if I had any questions while waiting for my car and Manny was also great at answering all my questions and even making sure my name was spelled correctly on all the forms LOL. Each time I went to them in hopes to pick the car up, they were always friendly and always offered me water and of course a very large supply of candy which they insisted on me taking. I even asked where he got them from! On very hot days, they made every experience there worth it. I have already referred them to a friend and hopefully Aziz will have another client! Short story: Yes, I…read more recommend these guys and it was well worth going to East County for my "new" used vehicle, and most noteworthy, the salesperson Dina, who made the process smooth, friendly, and efficient and did not trigger me at all! Long story: What do I mean trigger me? Lemme tell you--I hate high-pressure sales! Most people just find it annoying, but I have some kind of allergic reaction to it when it strikes me as overly manipulative or even like some form of bullying. Maybe because a couple of my first jobs were in sketchy sales (Cutco Knives anyone?--I lasted a whole week!). So yeah, I have kinda gone-off on sales people in the past. I'm not proud of this, it isn't comfortable for anyone, me, the salesperson, or my spouse, hehe... And with the old trope about the used-car salesman, I did a good job just avoiding the dealerships completely. But, with no current hand-me-down vehicles from family available, and my old car deemed a total loss-- I guess it was finally time to get on with what everyone else does as competent adults and just go and buy a car already! My strategy in dealing with myself and the car-buying process was to research online first. This actually worked out better than I would have thought. I used the truecar website link my insurance (Hartford) sent. It had a solid search function, and I was able to get a good sense of what was available in my area, the history and price of different vehicles, and a general sense of how much the taxes and fees would be (and therefore what could be a reasonable amount to negotiate/expect to pay out the door). In this way I was able to pre-shop around for cars, and educate myself on what would be a fair price. None of this is probably new to you experienced car buyers out there, but I think it could be very helpful to some of you, if you are a young or older newbie like myself. Anyway, the car I was interested in was at East County Pre-Owned Car Superstore, and so I arranged to go out there, meet Dina, and go for a test drive. Like anyone practicing new "adulting" skills, I brought my mom along! Well, she drove me, then played a quietly supportive wingman as I got on with the car-buying process. Dina, the salesperson, was easygoing and personable, and I thought she struck a nice balance of being helpful and leading the process forward without pressure. Um, as a side note about salespeople... yes, I tend to avoid them if that is an option, but I also have a dear friend who happens to be a very successful salesperson, and I have had positive experiences with salespeople too. What I've come to realize is that sales, at it's best, is a win-win situation, one in which the price is fair for both parties, and the salesperson helps you find and purchase a quality product that they believe in, you want, and that will serve you well. I feel like Dina is this kind of salesperson. Car shopping/buying takes time and energy to figure out, and I if you're like me you will need to do your homework online first. And if the car you want is in their lot, Dina is someone I wholeheartedly recommend to help you through the process. I came back to the dealership a few days after buying my car so they could replace a small piece of trim that was missing and they had ordered. Dina cheerfully snapped the new part on, and when I told her that the day before, my husband had already put a scratch on the car (he was so bummed and I was just happy it was him and not me:) she called her husband and asked him to come by and buff it out. He did, and made it look so much better! That was very nice, and very much in the spirit of wanting a happy customer even after the sale was made. Thanks to everyone who made it a positive experience for me, most especially you Dina, I'm digging my new car!
