After going through bankruptcy, getting…read moreapproved for a vehicle can feel nearly impossible, but Ali made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He treated me with respect from the very beginning and worked hard to find a financing solution that actually made sense for my situation. What really stood out was his commitment after the deal was done. My truck unfortunately arrived with damage from transport, and Ali didn't disappear once the paperwork was signed. Instead, he worked tirelessly to make sure everything was addressed and fixed properly. That level of follow-through and accountability is rare in the car business. If you're rebuilding your credit and need someone who will actually advocate for you and stand behind their work, Ali Safaei and the team at Day One Credit are the people to call. I'm grateful for the help and the professionalism throughout the entire process.

This is for the Navy Federal in Santee not the one on Fletcher Parkway…read more I just couldn't find the one in San If I can rate that branch, I would give it a -50 Hands-down, we've had the worst experience. I have personally ever experienced in a bank and we've been with the Navy Federal Bank for 30 years. My mother is elder Bedford. Her debit card wasn't working. She hasn't drove a vehicle in 20 years. They wanted her to get a identification card, which is fine. That took a week remind you there's no food for her. There's no medicine for her. There's nothing her kids had to figure something out the following week go back into the branch. They literally give this 80 year-old elder so much obstacles just to unlock her debit card and get her money, it was absolutely asinine the disrespect we got from that branch and the people working there was diabolical. Again on her son, and they looked at me like I was literally a criminal who should not be in there when in fact, I'm the one who's been taking care of my mother for the last 20 years I took days off work to go in there to solve this issue so we can get her medicine. They told us basically go get another bank account from another financial institution find 16 different forms of identification, even though the woman told us she knows my mom was the woman but there's policy and that's the problem. Navy Federal's policy basically is elder abuse it needs to change because there's no way an elder woman should be waiting almost 2 weeks to get her money and then go back in to have more obstacles to have to deal with just to identify her even though the branch lady says she knows the woman in front of her is the same woman. Again, I'm going to go as high as I can to complain because these people just shoved us out the door and could care less I highly advise nobody to ever go to that branch or ever deal with Navy Federal again we had to go to another bank to open up another checking account to come back to Navy Federal to prove identity. Absolutely I diabolical the new. Bank looked at it like we were idiots why would they want you to do all of this just to identify an elder that's been with the branch for 28 years are you kidding me. These people are evil and they don't care at all and all they tell you sorry it's policy. It's policy. Hands-down, the worst financial institution on this planet is the branch in Santee Navy Federal.

Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted warmly, and that small gesture alone sets the tone for a great experience. This particular small branch is ideal for quick, efficient transactions. It's never overcrowded, and there's always enough staff on hand to assist you promptly--something I truly appreciate in today's fast-paced world. While they don't offer all the services of a larger or full-service branch, they're excellent for basic banking needs like deposits, withdrawals, or account assistance. One thing to note: there are no public restrooms, so keep that in mind if you plan to be there for more than a few minutes. If you need more in-depth banking services or consultations, I'd recommend the La Mesa branch--but for quick in-and-outs with top-notch service, this location is a favorite of mine. Navy Federal continues to make me feel like more than just an account number--they make me feel like a valued member which places great value on this institution for me. Ps they do share a parking lot with Panera Bread and Chase bank so be prepared to look for parking and also parking places are much narrow which gives this place for me. 4 star.

I took the car to an trusted local mechanic and he said the car was in perfect working order. I have seen some of the reviews that say the owner is dismissive or not as communicative - we didn't find this to be the case. They are busy, and have a busy lot with lots of people looking all the time, but when we came to buy the sales staff took care to make sure everything was in order and that we got what we wanted. Test driving the cars was no problem. The mechanic is on site most of the time and you can ask him directly what he did to the car after the received it and before they sell it. Transparency! So to sum this up: We got the car we wanted for about 15% less than other car dealerships, the car worked perfectly (its a 3 year old car), we were treated respectfully on the lot, and we will BE BACK for other purchases.

She informed me exactly what was needed and I wrote down everything she requested, word for word. I live an hour and 20 minutes away from the nearest branch and wanted to make sure before I made the drive. I woke up early on my only day off on a Saturday morning, drove an hour and a half, and waited 45 minutes before being told that I didn't bring the correct documentation and that I couldn't be helped. I advised the assistant branch manager that I brought everything the branch manager told me to bring. She just held her hands up and said there was nothing she could do. There was absolutely no apology or empathy. Take your business elsewhere. I have dealt with this horrible service and "don't give a crud" attitude MANY times at this branch. Find yourself another credit union. Don't waste your time here. They obviously don't give a heck about their customers. I used to love SDCCU. Now, they're just like any other big bank. It's all about the money... ***Edited 45 min later to add that I drove down the street to another bank & they were able to use all of the documentation I brought with me to open an account at their bank, with no problem whatsoever. So I don't know if the El Cajon SDCCU branch is racist, like another review noted, or if they are just severely incompetent. Either way- take your business elsewhere!!!

I had recently replaced one of them with a pre-owned ACURA I purchased about a month ago which was a very good car buying experience. The dealership we had worked with was great. I still needed to replace the second lease vehicle and I wanted to replace it with another ACURA. I began my search to replace the second lease vehicle. I contacted several dealerships in the LA area over the next 2 months to find another well taken care of vehicle at a fair price. You would think finding any vehicle in a densely populated metropolis such as Los Angeles would be fairly easy, with a plethora of options to choose from. Not so much the case or at least not so much my luck until I expanded my search outside of LA and came across New to You Auto Sales in El Cajon CA. New to You Auto Sales not only had the vehicle (i.e. make, model, options, color, mileage, etc.) but it was also in outstanding condition and they offered it at a very fair price! I checked it out from top to bottom and it was in as good as a new vehicle condition. We made the purchase and drove back home to LA county. Once we got the vehicle back home, I had a certified mechanic give it a thorough inspection and everything came back 100% positive with no issues. The mechanic was equally impressed. I'm glad to say working with New to You Auto Sales was a great experience!

In my years, I've done business with nearly a dozen dealerships. From the basic, no-frills financing, to this all-inclusive warranted financing, I've experienced it all. Toyota of El Cajon is, without question, the best I've ever experienced, even long after the contract ink has dried. There was an issue with a less-common extended coverage that didn't go as expected. Jose, my service advisor, did everything he could to get it resolved. When he hit a wall, Laura B. got involved. Laura is what some businesses refer to as "a fixer". She relayed what she was doing and who was involved. The list was not a short one. When things were ironed out, she was able to obtain results that kept the dealership and Toyota in good standing by acting in good faith and resolved the warranted coverage to my satisfaction. I will continue to support both Toyota and Toyota of El Cajon!

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, something this dealership has performed many times over the years. After the service, I was informed that the oil drain plug had been stripped and that I now needed to replace the entire oil pan at a cost of approximately $740. Prior to this oil change, there were no leaks, no warning signs, and no issues with the oil pan or drain plug. The damage was discovered only after the dealership performed the service. It is difficult to understand how a routine maintenance item could suddenly become my financial responsibility when the problem arose during the oil change. What is most disappointing is not just the cost, but the lack of accountability. After being a loyal customer for a decade, I expected the dealership to stand behind its work and make a genuine effort to resolve the situation fairly. I received a call from Mr Anderson informing me that he would take care of labor and I would need to pay for parts. I informed Mr Anderson that I did not feel comfortable taking my vehicle back to them since they were not truthful for the beginning. I told him where I would be taking my vehicle and he told me to keep him posted of charges and that he would take care of labor. I gave him the verbal quote and he had no issues other than if the dealership would be charging me a diagnostic test. I told him no and if they did I would give him a call back. Vehicle was repaired and invoice sent to Mr Anderson. Two weeks later and he has not paid for the repair. Customer loyalty should matter. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in a service department I trusted for many years. I hope the dealership reviews its service procedures and how it handles situations like this so other long-time customers are treated more fairly
